Collect cats of 3 different colors and give them a comfy house! Every cat is unique, so pay attention and try to catch them! Every day you get your pay and new opportunities to pick new cats.

CONTROLS

This was a really chill game to play and relax with! I collected all 3 cats but the game let me keep exploring. I'm not sure if there was anything else I could do, but it was nice to keep exploring a bit. I liked the music, art style, and SFX. Nice work!

Really clever & fun game, and feels like there's a lot of room to expand on it if you wanted to. Graphics are really good, but there's a lot of room for more polish. You got something great going, hope to see more from ya'll soon, and good luck with your impending Nintendo lawsuit.

That was cute! I liked the art style, I think it would have helped to have some more instruction on using items and actions, but I did figure it out after messing with it for a second.

A cute little adventure game. I may have missed something, but I had an empty item slot even after collecting all the cats. Also the pet shop boys have a duplicated dialogue box bug if you speak to them again without walking away first.

Nice work! I am not personally a big fan of speeding up when walking but that's just me. The dialog boxes were difficult to read but the neighbourhood story was adorable.

What an adorable little adventure, got all the cats! World size is spot on and the cosy mood fits very well to the collecting task.

This was a nice and relaxing game. I liked the little puzzles each of the cats were and exploring the environment to find key items. The pixel art is nice, especially the scene of the apartment which has been well loved by cats. Saxophone is the best instrument for comfy vibes. Lovely :)

What a lovely little adventure game you created together :) I think I collected all the furry felines, even managed to distract that tirelessly barking dog. I had a great time and I could totally see this becoming an even bigger game, so that even more kitties can be collected :cat:

We always plan to try a jam on Godot but in the last minute change to GDevelop just because we're used to it.

@andruid I have only programmed for a few of my entries (the last few). Otherwise I have done audio, story and design related tasks and it was with different engines (gamemaker or Love2d framework).

But yeah, from LD 56 onwards, it's Gdevelop games programmed by me :D

So far, I haven't taken any cats or dogs, please forgive me for being a bit clumsy TAT

Leave my opinion:

- Slow down the background speed during interactions; I might find it difficult to focus on reading the text, even if it is very simple.

- Improve the buffering when moving. The current movement, as @jelch mentioned, feels a bit off.

Thanks for playing and leaving feedback! The movement was a quick fix right before shipping the game, but we mean to implement a classic "hold X button to run" instead after the jam. But having a higher move speed was necessary so that the game map didn't feel too big and boring to walk.

Very cute and relaxing game, I love the cat sprites! I got all three cats fairly quickly and I was a bit confused if I was supposed to do something after, maybe adding some kind of "You got all cats!" pop-up would have been nice to have. Either way, nice job!

Cute and cozy vibes, and the music is a pefect fit! I liked the variety of ways that you could interact with the cats. It's a bit short, and it would've been nice being able to enter some of the buildings, but still a solid entry overall
