WebGL build coming soon, im new to godot, and it seems like WebGL is "challenging".....
Updates: - Added settings to disable volumetric fog and global illusion. Hopefully this adds options to fix the performance issues. - removed collision from trim texture on edges - added dummy enemies to fix shader compilation on first time spawn - changed ammo empty message from "empty!" to "Visit ship! empty!"

Unfortunately there's no setting to lower details.
I really like the audio design — all the sounds were great, and the music was good too, though the volume might be a bit low. The graphics were well done as well. It would be nice if the astronauts had animations — I think the eyes worked better as enemies because they didn't need an animation (although their shots look too similar to the crystals, which confused me a bit).
As someone who’s played strafe shooters before, I still had a hard time. I’m not sure if the enemy spawn rate is too fast, the player too slow, or the weapon too weak. Maybe there’s an upgrade system I missed because I didn’t get very far.
Overall, excellent presentation — well done!
On my first playthrough, I collected about 80 gems and just got stuck on the textures on one of the platforms. I never managed to reach that mark on subsequent attempts.
But I definitely enjoyed the game, thanks!
Though sometimes it feels like enemies spawn right behind my back...
Others mentionned the difficulty but I think that it could be solved easily by making the heal faster/instant with a cooldown and by tripling the weight limit (and making enemies spawn less, or at least this much only later in the game).
Also, shorten the dash cooldown, it's fun and won't be overpowered if you even divide the cd by two, probably.
Finally, not something important but while the kick is fun, it would feel even better if it had a slight impulse forward and then a slight impulse back when you hit something, just to get that extra oomf. Overall great submission :)
