Well done! I love the flow of the game, almost subway server's vibes. The sound design is on point as well!

This game motivated me to power up my old Windows 95 PC. An absolute banger!

Great game! I loved the graphics, felt like an old PC or PS1. I like it! I feel like the sound design was excellent too. The atmosphere of the game was great. The controls were good, except the jump height I felt was really low and it felt like the player was hitting it's head on nothing. Overall, good job.

What an awesome visual aesthetic you've achieved with this game! Everything felt very cohesive and thematic.

I did find it easy to just sprint around the first stage, avoiding everything and amassing literally thousands and thousands of gold, but then in level 2 a really fast and rude ghost attached to my face and killed me >:(

@breadstick Thank you! I definitely would have liked to spend more time tweaking the enemies.

I always wanted to have a go at PS1 style rendering (with proper perspective skewing), so I love your take on the art style. Reminds me a lot of the first Tomb Raider game for some reason. It feels very polished for a jam game as well, same with the sounds!

As for game play, I found it a bit repetitive once you develop some dodging and running strategies, but that's just due to the small scope of a jam game. I also played for quite a bit until I got good and died a few times. It would be fun to see where this would go if you kept working on add, adding more enemy types & upgrades. I also could see the grounds for some explorative story or even rogue-like elements. I hope you keep working on it. Great job! :)

Nice graphics style and overall mood. Might get a bit repetitive - maybe the cost of the key is a bit too high, especially for first level? Would love to see more refined enemies. Good entry! :D

I love the game's concept and art style, but for some reason, the controls don't feel very responsive in Firefox.

has a really cool retro vibe, nice sound, and the controls feel solid. Loved the atmosphere too. After a while it can get a bit repetative. Nice game tho! Congratulations on the submission!

Didn't expect to see a first person pacman game :D excellent atmosphere! I sadly got destroyed by a ghost who hugged me to death. I like the fact that empty hallways indicate that you've already been there, it's a nice twist for maze-like levels without a minimap.

Good job :D

whoa that's surprisingly original. first person pacman describes it well, but i didn't actually expect it to be this scary too. going slow is definitely the wrong choice, you gotta bolt trough. but that makes it hard to know where the ghosts are and they sneak up on you. great sounds too, making me anxious when they got closer. good job, i think this can be expanded upon. i'm not sure if a gun makes sense or if something else would fill the self defense area better... i wasn't able to hit the ghosts with it at least lol, but it also gave me a false sense of safety. great idea, keep going
