OOoowww... So that's how you're supposed to keep syphilis at bay...
Very funny joke game :) No bugs or anything found

This is the weirdest thing I've played in a long time, but in a good way. It would be super cool if there were one more location where you could go to view all the artifacts you collected.

Also, I went to Paris first, and spent all my money buying artifacts, but after playing more I feel that was maybe a mistake? Does it just fill up social class, so buying more when already full does nothing?

Either way. Cool idea.

This really betrayed my expectations (in a good way!) and had me cackling with laughter. I wish there was a bit more continuation/purpose to it (but makes sense for the jam of course) but other than that virtually everything was spot on.

Really love the art, the little details in the animations, the concepts of the minigames and the sound effects (especially nom nom of the mummies) too.

Even the title page and the map views are really cohesive.

A cracking game, well done :)

love this game so much, didn't expect to get so into it but it's really a lot of fun managing the bars while pushing for as much gold as possible. the animations and art are amazing lol probably my favourite part, overall a really cohesive and intuitive game that manages to be a good time to play and funny!! well done :D

Very funny concept! Not sure I fully understood the relationship between the three mini games, though.

*nomnomnomnom* Very enjoyable. At least the count is "buying" the artefacts and not.. "borrowing" them

It turned out cool, you definitely have a common style in your recent games)

Okay, this game is unique in its own way: bids, taxes, and, more than that, *eating* mummies! (at least that I can say about it).

Even if it's more like a minigame with pixel art graphics, it's pretty fun!

It's a cool and funny game, and I really like the art. But I was able to cheat by holding down the space bar and not letting go))). The idea is amazing )

Just as I imagine what the life of a count looks like. Dodging the dancing while falling camels while trying to gobble up some mummies to cure their syphilis, spending money in Paris on art and antiques, and if you need some money, chase those poor townsfolk and relieve them of their hard earned coin by catching them and shaking them up, until there are no more coins in their pocket. Then back to Paris and so on. Just brilliant! :D
I like your creativity, the artstyle reminding me of those hilarious games like Day of the Tentacle and your excellent use of sound effects :D So much fun, great job, fantastic entry :)

Damn those peasant! They don't have a lot of money. I like the mood, really remind me of those silly games on Newgrounds. The game loop is well established and the concept is clearly outlined. What is missing is a rewarding/progression system or a faster loop to death system, I did not feel like I was really juggling between the 3. I was mostly collecting taxes then when needed trying to find a good bargain at the auction or eating some mummy. Mais je pinaille.

historically accurate british experience, should be played at schools.

Very original idea and execution! I liked all the different ideas in there, the tax collecting just to buy more antique stuff and... eating momies???
I just wished there was a way to see what we already bought, and what's left to buy. When playing I quickly ended up in a routine of bidding in Paris, collecting taxes to get a bit of money back, then go to Giza to heal my syphilis and back to Paris, without really knowing if there's an end in sight or anything.

But it's a fun crazy jam game so I'm nitpicking, congrats!

Was very funny but I think the game could of benefited with a bit more variety in the gameplay. Loved the sprite work though.
