Nice work! Definitely nails the NES aesthetic

Simple, but still neat! I got a good chuckle out of the idea of a crow being forced to use the zebra crossing.

Nice! I also laughed at the zebra crossing and I know I will have the catchy little tune stuck in my head for a good while after this. :sweat_smile:

@revetoon Thanks! I had actually planned some additional features—namely making the enemies chase you if you get to close—but ultimately didn't have enough time to complete them (they're actually still in the source code, and that's actually why I added the squawk).

Who knows? Maybe I'll keep working on it...

I like that silly little corvid and its silly little coin collecting 😁 Press X to caw and the strict adherence to pedestrian regulations for crosswalks made me chuckle

Nice short coin collection game! I'm glad the humans ignored me otherwise it could be disastrous.

Lazy enemies, but else a simple and pretty fun little game.

Love seeing pico 8 games in these. Great work with the graphics and the various level scenes. I enjoyed the music as well. It was sometimes hard to get into tight spaces (especially the top right area of the first level) but otherwise the game worked well. Nice work.

This was a nice, simple game with fun little animations. Great job doing audio for a first time game too! Most people skip that early on. I learned what "corvid" means, and now I feel like I know what the world looks like to a crow. Wish I had gold coins I could leave out for them.

Given the timeline of the compo, this is a pretty good entry. I like the gameplay and I can see where you were going with the enemies. Yeah, I'm biased towards liking anything in PICO-8, but it really is fine. I lked the graphics, but the music/sfx is *really* good. I enjoyed it very much.
