This is a great, snappy little deckbuilding game! Very well polished- the sound effects are good, and interactions feel smooth, satisfying, and mostly effortless. (Although I had to unlearn my "left-click to unselect card" muscle memory!)

In terms of gameplay and strategy, the amount of variety here is great- lots of cards, unique enemies, and all of it bug free in my playthough. The tutorial was greatly appreciated, too. I am very impressed with the amount going on here, especially the shop implementation. The push and pull of sacrificing cards for HP VS saving them to get more back later felt good. And, the little "bonus round" for getting money was a nice "cool down" for the fight and incentivizes thinking ahead and not just spamming right click.

It took me several tries, but I did finally beat the boss. I really liked the boss theme, and it's that there's a victory theme as well. It made the game feel really complete!

As for the art, I really like the regal color pallet- adds a lot to the sort of "enhanced sword and sorcery" vibe going on. The enemy designs are fun as well, and make a lot of sense with the mechanics of the enemies. (The siren is very funny game design.) Great work all around!

Misc: I liked how big combos had the sound go up, up, up! I also noticed I needed to zoom in and out my browser a bit at first to make sure everything fit on screen. Eventually it worked without issue, but may be worth checking out.

I had a great time with deckbuilding. It’s quick, fun, and feels very polished. The sound effects are sharp, the interactions flow smoothly, and everything feels satisfying to use.

There’s a lot of variety in the gameplay. The tutorial is helpful, and I especially liked how the shop system works.

Winning felt really rewarding.

Wow, this game is really cool! The art and sound effects are amazing, especially the cool color palette you chose.

There are some really cool card combos you can do. The ability to see your “dice queue” is great for planning ahead.

Sometimes it was a bit tricky to see when an active effect was triggered. Maybe a bit more visual polish could make all interactions clearer. I was occasionally left wondering if the active effect even worked at all.

But overall, this is a solid package for a Compo entry!

Very fun and unique deckbuilding game! The extra twists on dice formation (i.e. 1s always play the next dice) adds a surprising amount of depth and then there are cards/modifiers on top of that. I liked that you had modifiers which adjusted dice values and and those which added temporary effect. It felt so satisfying to combo these two types of cards at once. Sacrificing cards for health was also presented difficult trade-offs (especially since I wasn't always doing so well on health). Fantastic music as well.

It's incredible how you managed to make such a complex roguelike with a meta in just 2 days? Great job.

Wow this game is really polished, it doesn't really feel like a jam-game at all! Well done getting it to such a state in just 48 hours!

Ah hah, they never said that the cards have to affect 'your' dice. Was that deliberate design or a happy discovery? Great work, especially for the compo!

This is a very well-executed game. The graphics, animations, and one of the clearest tutorials I've seen at a jam. I also really loved the color palette choice - it's my favorite color!

Nice entry! All the cards felt meaningful and I had a lot of fun trying to put a deck together, avoiding getting whittled down was hard though and sometimes felt out of my control.

It's really cool, unusual gameplay, I've never seen anything like it, and it's great. The graphics made in such a short time are amazing, there is not enough polishing, but it is also clear why. I think it's worth finishing this game.

Great little deck builder! I've always wanted to really get into making one of these, this is a really cool way of doing it. Seems like there's a good amount of strategy and variety to be had, which is really impressive for a 3day jam.

Very fun deckbuilder game! My favorite strategy was to center my deck around flip cards, I feel like you can get a lot of mileage out of them, especially with tricky opponents centered around empty dice, like King Gradus and the sirens. I liked how snappy and fast the gameplay felt with the dice flying around, the sound effects made it very enjoyable as well. The animations and the character designs were fun (enfant terrible, heh) and I liked how it linked into their playstyle, e.g. the robot having a robotic playstyle centered around throwing multiple dice etc. Very well-made game, great job!

Really cool and easy understandable and interesting to manipulate mechanic! It looks charming and fun too! I especially things like enjoyed the alien making you only roll certain numbers, that was interesting

Its like Dungeons and Degenerate Gamblers (Or Balatro) but in dice form.

A lot of replayability for a jam game!
