5-STAR by Wendel Scardua

Yongbok works delivering food for the 5-STAR Restaurant (which his boss says it's a 5-star Michelin even though there's no such thing). He must travel to various locations and deliver food boxes to various houses. But he must be careful, for there are mischievous creatures who want to take food boxes from his hands.
This is a legit NES/Famicom ROM. You're probably using the web emulator, where the A Button is bound to the F key and the B Button is bound to the D key, while Start is bound to the Enter key. Controllers are also supported (probably).
These are the available actions:
|Keyboard|NES controler|Action| |-|-|-| |Enter, F|Start, A|Start the game| |F|A|Jump - the more boxes you carry at once, the lower you jump| |D|B|Pick up a box near you| |D|B|Deliver a box on your hand to a door in front of you| |down+D|down+B|Drop a box on the ground|
These are the enemies:
- Cat: if you touch it while holding a food box, it will take it and run away. It doesn't take food from the ground, though.
- Bird: if you touch it while holding a food box, it will take it and run away. If you leave food boxes on the ground on its path, it will fly toward them after a while. You can jump near it without holding a box to shoo it for a bit.
- Pit: if you fall into a pit you lose all the boxes you're carrying. Be careful near them.
The faster you deliver the boxes, the better the tips you get (more exactly, tip starts at $15 and drops by $1 every ~2.5 seconds). Your "high score" is the total tips you got across all locations. The Restaurant rating is also tracked, where it loses a star for ever box you lost.

The core mechanic is great too, provided me with some a-ha moments, even though it was a short game. I could see this idea being expanded further! Congratulations :D
The graphics were the best in your projects thus far by the way! Shame there was no music but the sound effects were cute and fit the mood really well.
I too would love to see a more fleshed out version of this down the line.
Love the critters and puzzle mechanics :)

Algumas pessoas ficaram sem comida, mas os pássaros tem que comer também, né?

I thought it was neat that the game still continued despite lost boxes, but it felt a little meaningless as there wasn't a true drawback to it.

Anyways, good puzzle platform game! The last level was tricky and I had to restart to complete it perfectly.
Pretty good, you can cheat quite a bit to not have to backtrack by stacking boxes then overlapping the tile you stacked them on and picking them back up. Could have used some music but I get the press for time!
