Fun little game. The character is cute and the puzzle mechanics are fun and easy to pick up. Would be great to see the game flushed out with a bit more content.

For 48 hours of development, a solid 9/10 experience.

The slime is cute! `w'

The puzzles are intuitive such as using water to grow shrubs therefore being quite relaxing and enjoyable. The soundtrack also adds to the mood. Nice work!

The game was really fun! I love all the clever ideas and uses of the slime. When the game ended I was sitting there wanting more.

Extremely impressive for a compo!

What a cute game! I love the puzzles you made - the one at the end really made me think!! I had a great time, would love to play more!!

Cute game! I like the puzzle mechanics that came out of splitting the characters up - though I did manage to do that last one with only one slime, haha

Nice game. The textures and sound were great. Controls were easy to use and they worked. The longest part must have been coming up with the puzzles and type of interactions. Good job!

Very cute game. Given the time contraints I'm impressed by the number of levels and mechanics that I did not initially expect. Neat little puzzles that are very intuitive to pick up. Would definitly come back to continue for more levels :D

I love this game play that you can understand with common sense. Graphics, sound and level design are excellent.

I also made a lovely, bouncy game, welcome to play : D

Hey man first of all, good job!

The game played amazing and was super cute. I also really like that you can control the slimes simultaneously (reminds me of really old multiplayer games where u shared one keyboard), the splitting of slimes, and the fact that you managed to perfectly show what level designs are possible with the dimensions (literally) and the different elements that the slimes take on as you play.
Great demonstration and i think if you were to put more work into level designs it could be a great title! Keep up the good work :D

No real feedback, you designed the levels really well and game ran perfectly (mb the splitting animation was a little underdeveloped but this is a jam so whatever :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:)

Super intuitive puzzle game that does a great job introducing mechanics and ramping up the complexity without needing much direct tutorialization. I really loved the art style, the game is very visually clean and easy to follow while still looking cute. My only complaint is that I found stacking my slimes on top of each other a little finicky, but I got it after a few tries and managed to beat the level. Overall this is a really great entry

That was fun. The progression was very intuitive, interesting puzzles. Got a minor bug where the movement sounds were playing as if there were 3+ slimes running around.

On Linux so can't really give this an overall or graphics score cause this doesn't run right under wine but I like everything I am able to see. I like the mechanic of splitting slimes to make fire slimes while keeping regular slimes a lot.

Would be happy to take another look if you want to make a Linux build. If you don't want to I completely understand though.

Oh no @drazil100 !

I don't have any way to test a Linux build. I could try blind building one though.

I don't really like how you can reset by hitting space bar. Plus if you reset while moving, it keeps repeating the moving sound forever, which can build up into a hellish cacophony.

Otherwise, while this was a bit easy even as someone who is bad at puzzle games, the puzzles themselves were pretty cool. I like how the slimes look like weird seals too. Props for having decent music unlike most of the compo games I have played.

Nice entry. I started with keyboard and figure out only at the middle of the game that you can control the 2 slime simultanously with a game controler ^^"

Was fun and instinctive, Great entry ! nice job :)

The characters in this game are really cute and the controls are very easy to pick up. I really enjoyed playing this game, so I played it twice. However, I found that the sound of the slime squirming would keep playing during my second playthrough. Although there was this small issue, overall, this game is really great! You did a really great job!

Here I am, ordering a plain game and you delivered a god damn FIRE compo entry! :fire:

The puzzles were super logical, stacking slimes wasn't really explained to me but I did it without second thought and it worked pretty well. Controls were good, level design was good and so much else was good. It's a pretty impressive game, honestly.

High scores all round!

Love it to bits! The little slimes are adorable. I had some audio issues after resetting but other than that everything worked flawlessly. Well done on level design!

Really nice! the mechanics are cool and the levels are well designed! I kept thinking why couldn't I have unlimited slimes by dividing them multiple times (of course that would break the full design but it's something I'd like to do if I were a slime hehe)
Congratulations on the entry! very solid (especially for being slimes 😅)

Very interesting and special approach to the theme. I loved it! I spend like half an hour on the game. One of the best entries for this Ludum Dare. Thank you! Good job!!!
