Pizza Slingshot by waffleworksgames




Use your slingshot to deliver pizza to hungry customers! Each customer has a specific flavor in mind, so make sure you deliver the right kind. Different pizzas have unique abilities, so be sure to use them to your advantage to finish the delivery without running out of pizza!
Pizza flavors:
Cheese - 0 bounces
Pepperoni - 3 bounces
Sausage - 2 bounces, destroy pink blocks
Veggie - 4 bounces, zero gravity
Controls:
Click and drag - Slingshot pizza
1/2/3/4/Click - Switch pizza flavor
R - Quick restart
M - Mute audio
Escape - Pause
Backspace - Return to menu
F11 - Fullscreen toggle

Like some other players here, I had a problem with my cursor going out of bounds of the game and the slingshot automatically loosing the grip or firing because of that. Not a big deal.
I now have to ask Dominos to introduce pizza catapult for delivery... :pizza: Great job!

The ricochet technique can be quite challenging but I managed to pass all the levels XD

The level design is solid and rich in content, especially for a compo game! Besides, it is nice to see the trail of the last shot, since missing a shot in many levels is usually unforgivable. The soundtrack is also great and goes well with the art style.

I liked the art in this one. Reminds me of Kirby's Dream Course in a way. One thing I'd change, which I guess is pretty nit-picky, is the clients dialog ballons having the separation from the origin of the balloon. Doesn't change anything in the game but it feels weird for some reason.
Anyway, the sound as a whole is very fitting and I like how addicting it is. Most of the time it feels like you were this close from advancing to the next stage. And when you have no idea it is hard to just let go because it makes you feel like testing stupid angles!
The powered up pizzas really lacked some explanation mid-game, but reading on the page's description was enough. Also, it's rather easy to figure out by yourself.
