But then at lvl 3 it starts getting tricky that you have to deform the liver a bit and then the game gets fun (nothign against an easy level to get used to the controls). I dind't realize the timer until it ended the first time. That gives it a more challenging feel.\nAlso I didn't spend too much attention to the text running at the top of the screen past the instructions. But I have a feeling I should spend a round reading all of it.\n\nEdit: On my 3rd run I had a really difficult first level. Now I think I feel lucky that I had an easy start to get to learn the game. Perhaps the scalpels that were lying around could have been happily dancing and needed to be avoided. The liver could have had a bit of mind of it's own and the target tray could have been on a rickety cart that sometimes shifted position.
