One of the things that bothered me and got in the way is the npc talking to the collision, it ends up getting stuck. It would be nice if you only talk when you have interaction. The graphics are very simple, the opening screen could be better done. It would be nice if it had a logo and text that matches the art. Having G be the key to press to use items was a bit inconvenient, maybe would have been better on spacebar or mouse click? Also there were a few times during the screen transition that an enemy spawned on top of the tile I was on which resulted in taking damage.
