Goblin! Rescue! Squad! by Liam Kinsella
A cute little puzzle platformer kind of game where youve got to deliver portal keystones to your goblin pals to help them out of trouble!
Look at this sad boy!

He's stuck without a portal stone and clearly he needs a special delivery from another goblin pal!

See much better! He'll be back to licking random objects in no time!

Made as a solo effort over the 3 day jam period. I used Godot 3.5 for the game, Blender for 3D models, Aseprite for 2D stuff, LabChirp for SFX and Fruity Loops for the Music.
Unfortunately I only had time to put 3 levels together, trying to make 3D levels in Godot was probably the biggest hurdle of the jam for me, I ended up having to settle with the weird rendering errors I was getting from using it's GridMap system.
Even though there isn't a lot of content I still found myself repeating levels while testing I think theres a decent amount of juice in here for a jam game. Hopefully you'll enjoy hanging out throwing rocks at orcs :D

The soundtrack is really well done, but I find the controls abit hard for my taste.
But still... very cute little game
Only problem I encountered were the portkeys sometimes being a bit hard to pick up at their spawn location. I just got around that by stashing them in the correct location beforehand though, since picking them up from the ground seemed to work better. Definitely a great game! :)
