You're a scientist studying the intricacies of inter-dimensional physics. What's more, you've successfully created your own pocket universe! And all contained in a ... terrarium! Hey, you work with what you have.

All's great until you trip And fall into your terrarium pocket universe. Can you survive escape this pint sized environment with limited space and resources?

!!!UPDATE!!!

I figured the bug out this morning and the game is love! Still a lot I want to put into the game. Spent too much time on inventory, modular character sprite... that I couldn't even show off lol. And no crafting yet. You can't "win" yet and the story. But we have an MVP with chickens and a few items and functionality lol. I WILL be updating this!

Welp... exporting it breaks most of the game. The inventory now doesn't work. Can't move items around. Can't swing your sword.

But at least you can explore the terrarium and see the chickens! XD

Ugh... so annoying when this happens. An not enough time to try to figure out why when exporting it does this? Is it a godot thing? Anyways, here's my Ludum Dare entry. I will be trying to figure out how to fix these issues. The development of this has been a blast either way!

heads up that the game doesn't seem to be working right now, both the embed (just the embed here, looks like the one on itch is ok) and exe :( exe is missing a .pck file it looks like, not sure what's happening with the embed as i don't know too much about how that works

anyways, this is a cute concept! i'm excited to see where you go with this when you have more time to expand on it. there's not much to do currently except find the chickens, but i was very excited when i found them :D i will say for the future, maybe highlight items that are able to be picked up? i wasn't really able to tell what i could and couldn't grab (i spent a while trying to pick up a chicken). nice work!

Thanks for the catch to the exe one! I'll fix that immediately. And yeah, what is up with the embeded? I'll look into that! But the Itch embed should be working. That one is almost always better to play on.

Yeah, I Over scoped a bit. I will be adding on to it! It does work (to the current build) on itch. Though there's not a lot available yet.

I don't really get what I am supposed to be doing. Read through the instructions and controls multiple times - still feel lost.

Really cute aesthetic with the birds running around etc. Couldn't really figure out how to do anything though; ran around swinging the sword, picked up some leaves (?) but couldn't really do much with them? Couldn't really interact with anything...

Sorry about that. The itch one seems to work better. So far the items don't really do much. The potions just consume the item and the sword allows the slashing animation. Neither really have any effect yet.

This game is truly captivating. I liked it a lot, and the idea is fantastic. Stick to your current trajectory, and you'll undoubtedly become a professional
