We spent a LOT of time working on the soft body physics of the main character, and I'm so happy with how it turned out!

@rmheuer It's just a design choice for the lab, it doesn't really mean anything in particular.

Cool mechanic, very fun at the beginning but the counterpoint is that when you reach a certain point, the elements become unavoidable and game over is just a matter of time. However, nice and pretty game!

Cool game! Strongest point is the art, very well done :) nice audio, fun jiggly gameplay. Things can get out of hand quick though, it might be nice if the bacteria shrunk me more. Also nice use of theme!

I really liked the wacky controls here - you have just enough control to not make it feel frustrating, but also ensure chaos towards the end!

I also like how most of the difficulty comes from your own mistakes in the beginning of the round just up until the spawn delay of food just wrecks you anyways :D

Wow this was really fun! The art is amazing and the controls were simple but it felt really polished!
I felt like I wanted more "chances" for the bacteria to shrink as the game became very addicting and I just wanted to keep going, managed to stay alive for 2 minutes!
But other than that it was a really good game, good work!

I love the amount of polish that went into the game! The gameplay itself is simple and fun but the presentation is really great! The squishiness of the character is super cute. I might not have survived for very long on the first try as I preferred eating all the food I could get my cell on :P

PS: The tutorial screen is cut-off on ultra-wide screens (3440x1440). The game itself was fine though with white letterboxes to the side.

The grind is real!. Impressive soft body mechanic. Like it when you got squished in the room an absorb everything.

This was absolutely incredible. The movement controls were super unique, and it made it an very interesting challenge to get used to. "Easy to pick up, hard to master" is something you rarely find in a Ludum Dare game, but you hit the nail on the head with this one.

The artwork is so cute too! The character being all wobbly and bouncy is fantastic.

Jokes aside i really enjoyed the ironic tutorial and dodging the stuff was cool. I also like the squishy physics a lot. It would be cool if the probiotics would spawn consistently and not so random.

Love the controls for this so unique to push the character around rather than move it in a traditional manner, love the graphics and the sound effects for everything. Wished for a little more bacteria to help me last longer but I still enjoyed it so much I kept pressing retry to last just that little bit longer.
