I played in Firefox, on the itch io site.
Steps:
* Only click "play" with a fox
* Say "I left the food in there" during the first dialogue option
Result:

I'll try to play the game again to have a chance of rating it properly.
Upd: I managed to reproduce it again, following the steps above. I'll try a different set of options now.
Upd2: I'm not sure that anything training-related is important. It looks like I just can't choose a "forgotten food" option.
The fox jumper out of the window, so I consider it to be one of the endings. :)

I guess we can't make the fox stay with us forever? :)
Or maybe I just got to the game overs, because every one of these had a sad music with "you will never see it again".
I like the art of the little fox, and the story you have written!
Good job! 😃
I got all the 4 endings I believe. I think the stat summaries at the top are one step behind the actual stat result, so it's more about paying attention to the text on repeat playthroughts than checking at the top.
I do think the connection to the theme is pretty flimsy, but it was a nice experience.
The amount of options and having save files really makes it feel like a properly fleshed out game and not a jam game! The save files were particularly usefule in trying to get the different endings, although it is a bit sad that there's no good one, but I guess some things are just not meant to be :(
One thing that could add some polish would be to play with the way the text appears on the screen. Given that the story and text is such a major part of the gameplay, it would be nice to see this a bit smoother with it maybe a small fade, type or scroll in rather than just appearing. A very minor thing though and another thing that would have taken up more time in a jam of course!
Overall, a super cute game with great vibes and impeccable writing that makes you want to keep playing!
