Gameplay

Your goal is to park the car in the designated parking spot. The spot is marked with 4 red markers. These will turn green if you're standing in a valid position. After that you're able to apply the parking brake. There is a timer to measure your performance. If you hit anything 5 seconds will be added to the timer as a penalty.

Controls

  • W - Throttle
  • S - Brake
  • A, D - Steering
  • R - Toggle reverse
  • Mouse - Move camera
  • Space - Parking brake
  • Q - Restart
  • Escape - Back to menu

One of my teammates had this idea too and definitely saw the potential! We ended up going with a different concept, but great to see it made by somebody else!

Personally, the steering sensitivity was too low from me, especially when going from full steering from one direction to the other. Otherwise it was great.

I was first going to make a no brakes type parking game too, mine was going to be top down. You did a great job and it was cool to see a 3D Godot game, loved the low poly style and it was consistent! Toggling reverse was hard at fist but I got the hang of it. Played all of the levels, good job!

Got addicted immedately. It grabbed my thrive for the best time like Trackmania. I would have liked to see the tenths and hundreds of seconds as well :)

Great game, well executed and fun to explore the best paths to park. Sometimes even by going through the forest :)

I was reminded of the frustration of learning how to park, really well done. I liked the play on limited space too.

This was good! I kept tripping up with reverse but it added an extra challenge. I would've liked to see controller mappings. I liked the smoothing on camera movement

This is unforgiving. I wish the road pins could be just shoved away! You really made the logic to detect where you park nit-picky. If you are not perfectly in the target you won't get away with it

I successfully completed the first level in 6 seconds, and I was really happy, hehe! Congratulations for the game, it's really cool!

Game was pretty fun. The steering felt nice. Really liked level 5. Sometimes if you bumped into things it would repeatedly increase the timer.

On the one hand, the graphics and smooth controls and overall idea were all great. I even dug the "you hit something" blooping as it kept going off.

On the other hand you made me parallel park several times.

Missed music.

The whole game felt like trying to get a park at my kids day care. Great job :)

I love the way you can just drive into the distance in the last level.

I loved this one!!! It’s neat how the reverse is a specific button you have to press instead of just being the same as the brake button, made it feel more like driving a real car. The driving feels slippery yet solid in a way that makes it a good challenge. Also it’s fun how you can just drive off the road on the last level lol, I enjoyed zooming around in the grass. Very tidy little game, great job :)

This was fun and I loved the style! I wish I could have used "S" to go backwards instead of using "R" to toggle, but maybe that would have made it too easy.
