Visually, it's pretty when the overall environment is plunged into darkness with lots of black shadows around it, and the colorful blob I'm trying to touch is sparkling. Maybe if there was a tiny screen shake or zoom on each touch, there would be a better sense of feedback!
I just scored 15k (not very high)
The sound effects are cool. They're doing their magic in combination with some fancy vfx. The game feels juicy enough even with its minimalistic graphics approach.
I wanted to praise that this game doesn't become faster after some point and you can maintain the same pace, but
then it went faster... and I lost. :D
Extra points for making it work in the browser.
Well, I tried my best:

14699
This is less than @cyt score. :D
I may try a couple of more times to give a good competition here. :P

Would love to see it as a rhythm game with some funky beats!
(managed to beat the score set by @airwaffle!!)

Best score : 16291.
Continue like that really impressed by your game even more if made it in only 24h.
This is a good example of how effective a simple idea can be. Would like it even more without browser vsync.
The way the intensity increases with time is good.
Got 37590 and beat @terminalgoat :
