Not sure if the collision damage is based on speed, or some other factor, but I feel like more consistent damage scaling would help. Sometimes I would slam into an object and take no damage, and other times I would give a rock a love tap and instantly die.
As for some of the sections (especially in the purple section), they are quite narrow - it almost feels impossible at some points. Maybe if the slow down button slowed down time, it would let you fine tune your ship for those tight turns.
Overall, this was a blast and I really enjoyed it!
Unfortunately, I don't often play this type of game, so the farthest I could reach was meet the "the guided missiles". I saw screenshots of scenes that I haven't encountered yet, sad.
Overall, great job!
- I'd suggest adding some "easy" mode with checkpoints (or at least more health)
- Adding record not only to the time of completing the level, but to the record of progress (e.g. record: 10 meters or 30%), because not all of us are cybersports players :)
Overall very solid game, but balance seems to be too hardcore (But game is really fantastic)
