Monster's REVENGE! by keyle
This is my second entry to LD. I hope you enjoy it. I had a ton of fun doing it. I went for a cute and humorous style. All assets are provided in the source including 3D and Photoshop.
The game was done with Unreal Engine 4.8... I originally was targeting HTML5 to improve my potential votes. Unfortunately it was too unstable and didn't support much lighting options or even load other levels apparently....
Music was done using Renoise and a couple of VSt. It was done really quick...
Sounds are mostly my voice recorded and filtered... Using Audacity and Audition.
2D assets were done in Photoshop. 3D in Blender. I recorded the whole process with screen caps which I will publish once I got some sleep...
En-joy!
UPDATED to version 1.2 (1 min from deadline!) - added scores, hearts randomly spawns when losing health, an end theme sound, vsync and performance improvements...
NOTE: you might get a scary warning that there is an .exe file. Also you may need to UNBLOCK it in order to run it (right click, properties, UNBLOCK)

DirectX is required and C++ redist (which you get if you have any Steam 32bit game)
Microsoft C++ runtime (32bits) (you might already have it from steam games):
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784 (you want the X86 as it's a 32bit game)
Perfectly fits the theme.
Pretty interesting to play.
But the game lags on my laptop. that's ok, because it's pretty weak :)
Also, I was a little sad to see a whole large level around the character, but for the intended game play to be centered in a very small area. Despite this, the game is beautiful.
