Fun physics and good use of theme! Wish maybe there was a way to rotate the objects

Dang .. those oceans got a ton of stuff .. better have the turtle controlled by a more experienced human. Fun little physics game where the water rises a bit too much for my personally skills. Well done!

My guess for the propeller sound is finger tapping on a plastified book.

Hey @sacramentix! Unfortunately you are wrong.

@sacramentix That's a good guess!

Spoiler warning:

It's actually made by flipping through sticky notes like a flip book

Reminds me of something out of Mario Party or similar games. Great entry!

I have to admit this is the first game I've seen featuring a flying turtle building sandcastles.

Pretty cool game. Some feedback:
- the grabbing sometimes doesn't work on some parts of objects it seems
- you can't grab stuff again after moving them once (intentional?)
- the loop, even if you're bad at it, can last for quite a while... Maybe the water could rise a tiny bit faster, the main reason why my games ended were because the top of the tower was too badly built to add anything on top of it, even when taking my time, not because of the water rising?

Cut turtle though!

Thanks for the detailed feedback @genroa , it's very much appreciated! Adjusting the difficulty of the game is a big challenge every time - in the end we play tested so much, we just don't have good judgement for that anymore.

Clever use of the theme by having the limited space be vertical. Very intuitive controls and gameplay, I jumped right in and started stacking not knowing why. Then I saw the water fill up. Everything just made sense.
Great job!

Cute game! The sounds are crisp, the helicopter especially! I knew it sounded mildly familiar, and now that I know what it is, I know why. Super creative!
The idea is cool and the assets are cute, I wish there was some sort of scoring or objective besides "build it as high as possible", but maybe that's just me.
Also, I spent an embarrassingly long amount of time trying to grab the hot air balloons. Oops.
Well done!

Nice game. If possible, it would be better if the hook follows gravity. Otherwise, fun to play.

very cute game! i liked the idea of stacking up the tower and it was fun to put up objects higher! though i was mostly waiting for the same 2-3 objects i could use to stack higher, cause i couldn't use the rounded objects. very good game!

Nice job! I really liked the art you used. It would have been nice if the hook didn't swing around so much when it was empty, it turned into a lot of waiting for it to drop back down to actually grab objects. Overall the controls were pretty smooth, nicely done!

This was fun! The art was absolutely aadorable, and there was a good variety of items. I have no idea what a tortoise with a helicopter was doing on a tiny island, but who am I to question it? :)

I thought the controls played well, too. The acceleration felt just right for a little helicopter. Sometimes items would be at the edge of the screen (where I couldn't fly), but sometimes I could swing the hook there to get them :D

Great fun!

Fun game, liked the idea and the implementation, good graphics, nice physics. One thing I noticed is that you can push tower objects and there can remain a hallow space in between and objects on top will not fall, it's not a big issue and doesn't take away from overall experience. Nice to see other entries related to tides. You can check or game too where you need to escape the tide by solving puzzles.

I like this! I was a bit confused at first because nothing for me to grab spawned in view of where the player starts, and I was waiting for stuff to pop up around me before I realized I could move around more, and then I started, ahem, very skillfully stacking items. A steel beam, it turns out, is not a good choice for on top of an inflatable flamingo.
