Ok this is perfect! This is what I think of when I think game jam! Its got very janky looking arms (everyone needs those), a dumb premise (perfect), and epic music. The only criticism I have is that sometimes stuff just wouldn't place but I guess thats because it has to go into a specific spot in the fridge! Epic game!

@erroneous yeah, the stuff can't be placed if its colliding with other stuff, which can be annoying when the taller objects poke through the shelves lol. thanks! i'm glad you liked it

I totally understand the thought behind the control description "Controls: You’re an adult. Figure it out!" it matches your game theme and story but from a JAM perspective, knowing how to play your game that was programmed and art'd in record time needs more description.
I liked the gameplay idea, it was quirky and weird and that was great!

Sometimes I couldn't see anything because of the super long arm xD - I guess that was on purpose.
I like the idea of unpacking and putting stuff in the fridge. Maybe I did something wrong, but all my grocery landed on the floor when I placed them in the fridge.
It's the kind of game you play late at night and wonder why you played it so long :D

The credits are golden. Fun game. Not something to play for 100 hours, but to get one laughing almost instantly. Nice

I like the ridiculously long noodle-like arm. It's funny. It makes the game a little hard to play but it's really fun.

Cool game! Controlling the reach with the scroll wheel is a great idea!

Seemed like a fun concept but I struggled with the controls hard for some reason (maybe because I was playing with a mousepad). I also think this could be more fun if it involved physics with the arm and the groceries. Maybe you would throw the food into the fridge or something and the food would roll and stuff.

@verttixpertti yeah we recommend using a mouse, makes gameplay a bit easier. Love the suggestions too! If we ever expand on this game outside of the jam context we'll keep those in mind :)

Hahaha... this was dumb, in the best way possible. I am an adult.

Loved the premise, theme application, and (wonderfully janky) presentation. Next time I pack the fridge this is definitely going to be taking up free real estate in my head.

Had some issues with placement of objects (some small objects that I couldn't put on empty shelves etc) but generally, it answers the game's key thesis - watsinnafridge indeed.

Good stuff.

LOL thank you for sharing this silly thing. It was just a fun time all around. Did I imagine things, or did I put a _pinecone_ in the freezer?? All of the unexpected items, and the stretchy arm, were just silly fun. Thank you!

Some explanation of the controls, even on the LD page below the game, would help! I figured it out through experimentation, which was a little fun too, but it couldn't hurt :D

Was a bit difficult to figure out where to click to open doors and place foods and stuff. When I learned to use the scroll wheel, it definitely helped! Very cute and silly game. ^-^
