The clash between construction corporations and environmental activists in the context of tree felling represents a true clash of two worlds. In conditions of limited resources and space, every step in the struggle for square meters of land becomes more significant. It is not merely a clash of interests but also a philosophical conflict: economic progress versus environmental concern.

Please note! The authors oppose deforestation and violence; everything mentioned below is merely a caricatured and exaggerated depiction!

Good concept but the controls feel super clunky and unresponsive. The gameplay also stays the same during the levels. Maybe add a threat to the game to liven up the experience?

This is way too much fun for what it is about. Really well done, simple yet addicting! Love the art and music too!

The game has superb game feel and juicy gameplay. I thought the birds and squirrels were cool, but then the protesters came—OMG! And then the superpowers... good, good job on this entry!

@markus-sihler bulldozer drift it a feature :D however yeah, we feel monotony of gameplay, and limited time did not allow the ideas to be fully realized)

Neat! I struggled with the controls a bit too but it's definitely a fun game to mess around in. The music is a bit harsh at times but it fits the mood you were going for well.

YEAHHHHHHH now that's a game!!! Reminded me of the original top-down GTA gameplay: just pure reckless destruction. For me, you absolutely nailed the controls, VFX, SFX and polish.

Loved it.

That is a pretty grim game. Building all that setting in the beginning definitely made the simple game to feel more meaningful.

I understand the feeling of controls from the fictional perspective. But I think the game would have been slightly better with snappier controls and then implementing other mechanics to support the drunk fiction. But at least laggy controls managed to get me into the mood of the game.

Overall, a solid game. I respect that you decided to use some of the development time to focus on the story building in the beginning. I think it really uplifts the simple game idea to higher levels!

You have a very dynamic and colorful game! If you drew everything yourself, that's very cool! I would reduce the sound of the motor, because it is too loud

My god, what a trip. I enjoyed this way more than I'd feel comfortable admitting. I had a smile on my face the whole time. Is that bad? :)

The amount of juice is just perfect. The camera shake, the tails of blood on the floor. The screaming nerds. The heavy metal riff and speed boost on a killing streak. Just so much polish! I also really loved the screen wrap. I think it fits the game perfectly. My W key was down the whole time, literally.
I had no idea what the secrets were or how to get them. I got some of them randomly and still didn't know what or how.

And on top of all of that, you even managed some storytelling, which was pulled off very convincingly. The setting and mood and theme usage is brilliant.

As a minor annoyance, the disclaimer popup was always sticking out from the bottom of the screen. And speaking of those warnings, I thought a little bit of it was fun, but maybe I thought you had a bit too many of them (and again at the end), so it felt a bit overbearing.

I mean, BULLDOZER! Satisfying overall, even if the controls sometimes are feeling kinda weird.

I like your message about environmental protection, I think it is vital for us to preserve our forests.

I'm sure no one would have thought the characters in the game represent your world view, given they are shown in an overwhelmingly negative light 😉

I do feel like the gameplay was perhaps too fun? It's a hard problem: You want to show deforestation from the perspective of the forces responsible for it, but you also want to make a game that is fun to play. It's a hard circle to square, especially during a game jam.

Still, thank you for calling attention to this important issue! 😃

This game reminded me of old Flash game times in presentation, crazy gameplay and general vibe :D

Definitely too much fun for what you are doing there, but crushing anything in your path was just to tempting!

@nyxkn as for the secrets, no worries, this one is just a random bullshit :)
As for the real secret, you can use mouse to drag your boost gauge up :)
Thank you for playing man

Oh wow, I almost feel guilty for having this much fun, I didn't expect such a violence! That intro and ending are absolutely perfect. And the gameplay... first couple of trees going down really made me laugh, squirrels flying around... and then the activists getting into the way and willing to be slaughtered. But what I wouldn't do for an extra bottle of vodka!
This is definitely the most fun game I've played so far. Really well made, super fun, great details like the camera shake, I absolutely loved this. But I have to wonder what were the secrets; I was not able to figure them out!

As already mentioned, the controls didn't feel very good (too drifty) and the game started to get a bit monotonous after a while. I didn't finish it because of that. I had no idea there was an ending, I thought the levels were randomly generated  I might give it another chance later.

Anyway, I'm a little ashamed to admit that destroying everything felt very satisfying. Really nice graphics, everything was so... juicy! Also metal in the background was pretty appropriate. Great use of the theme as well, you managed to contribute to a good cause.

Good job overall!

Cool game. I liked the over-the-top violent interpretation of a modern issue. The music when your bar fills up is rad. I wish the dozer got just a little faster because recovering from ricochets is time consuming. the chaos in the later levels is rad. Some of the UI gets a little buggy and hangs out at the bottom of the screen I think. This game reminds me alot of the early 2000s flash games which is a style thats cool to see again. if there was a speed boost button for navigating this LIMITED SPACE quicker that would be chefs kiss.

**Dude, this forest sucks, I f*cking hate those trees**

Very nice game. Loved the control - tractor feels heavy like a heavy mashinary but also bounces so you are not stuck. Also loved the boost feature, realy spices up gameplay. My two complains is that i couldn't find all secrets and sometimes limbs blocked my way to the trees! Those pesky actevists!

And, most important - the vibes. They are amazing, hands down. Good job!!

Killed 83 people for two bottles of vodka. sukablyad.

P.S. I encourage you to try every space-ltd games using ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/54/space-ltd-[number] (or don’t use a number to get a first one) to see what other ppl got!
