Try playing the game first, but if you are having difficulty, then follow these steps to proceed: After the operator instructs you to eject the passengers, you will need to look at the buttons on the passenger seat selector screen. Press E to select a seat. Now select 10 seats. To the left you will see the red Eject Passengers button. Look at this button and press E. For more help click this spoiler here.

You will be playing as the pilot before takeoff. The plane is overbooked and it’s your job to take care of that problem. In front of you are some tools at your disposal. Your co-pilot will help you with the controls.
