Simple game for simple people indeed, but it gets very chaotic very quickly! I've always loved idle games like this where you don't have to do much while you passively generate income, with the gameplay quickly ramping up as you purchase upgrades. I liked how you utilized the theme, where the player has a limited space to build money machines until they are forced to save up to expand the platform. This would be an awesome mobile game if you ever plan on developing more into it!

You absolutely nailed the art, and more than that, the sound design is amazing! A super fun twist on the idle game genre. I sadly got tired of it before the third size upgrade. After the first couple of upgrades, there wasn't alot to do besides walking in circles and waiting. Somehow giving the player other actions needed to optimise the amount of money they gain might improve things - fixing machines and such. The level of polish is incredible though. Well done!

great simple game, this really captures the essence of Ludum Dare!
your art was simple, themed well together, and effective. my only complaint was the UI could have been at a higher quality to match the cuteness and mood of the rest of the game.

Omg I spent so much time in it :D I love how it looks, simple but clean and nice, animations and audio are great too. Btw. your screenshots looks better than in my chrome (fonts), maybe a chrome issue.. idCool game anyway!

really nice game, i kept the small area, got the money spawn super high, and got pick up radius, so all i need to do is stand there. im gona let the game run all day and see how much money i can make while i play other games :D

Really nice looking game with a Cookie Clicker feel. I found it a little frustrating that I ran out of meaningful stuff to do after about 5 minutes. I know you're supposed to leave this going all day and come back to it, but boosting my income 15% every 20 minutes to get to another upgrade that would take 45 minutes wasn't really a draw. Very well-executed, and very cute, with a solid implementation of the theme.

Nice little incremental game, could use a little more content maybe but it's already a solid entry for compo! Well done!

The initial moments are definitely enjoyable as you strive to unlock more content. However, after a while, the game feels stagnant, lacking incentives to keep going. Adding more machines could provide motivation to continue playing.

Nice little incremental game, it would have needed one or two more features to make it more unique but for a compo it's a pretty good entry !

Good job :)

Really fun little game. It's a nice spin on similar idle games I don't think I've seen done before. I really like the artstyle. I think the coin pick up sound effect could use some more variety/could use some work and It'd be cool to have more upgrades in the game but as it stands it's a really solid experience.

Great game! Pleasant and simple art, the core mechanics work as they should. There's a sense of progression, but I would like to see more of it. I enjoyed it overall.

Idle game is an interesting take. To be honest, I don't feel like the theme fully show itself here, but overall it is fine.

Very cute and addictive incremental game.
Some of my thoughts on parts of this are:
* The Art! (Very well done and polished! I love the bounciness)
* The Limited Space
- I enjoy the idea of having to slowly expand your island to be able to build more money-making machines and make more use of your coin magnet. I feel as though, with only having the money printers as a building, this limitation isn't really felt all too much, however. With the pace you gain money, it would take a long while before expanding becomes too much of a problem. This would be solved by more things to place or save support for long play sessions.
* The Sounds
- The sounds themselves are okay and acceptable. The coin pickup sound quickly becomes grating after you begin really producing mass amounts, however.
* The gameplay loop
- As it's an incremental game, you did well with starting off slow and building up to automation with the printers and the magnet range. I feel as though manually picking up coins quickly becomes more of a chore than something rewarding after you gain plenty of printers, so maybe there could be some incentive for active play. This could come in the form of a coin multiplier or pickups that spawn in your space with different beneficial effects. Overall, the gameplay is there and I enjoyed it despite it all.

This is overall a very nicely made game with cute graphics that I enjoyed, with potential to build off of as well.

Really loved this game, the simplicity really plays to its strengths and the art and animation are perfect for the style. I really like this take on the theme with having literally not enough space to build all the money machines i wanted. Maybe i just like these games where number goes up but i really enjoyed this submission. Please allow for a mute button though i will be hearing those coin sounds in my nightmares.

The graphics were simple, clean, and effective. It was a good distillation of the idle game genre and a well-scoped project for the game jam. Everything worked well, and it was fun to play. I struggled a little with the hitboxes for the money machines, I had trouble determining where the could be placed, especially along the top of the play area. Overall, I had fun playing this game, good job!

Nice and simple :) Even if I didn't even understand what the money machines do :D I just maxed out the magnet radius, and watched my coin purse get bigger by standing in the middle.

The graphics look very cute, and the animations are great !
Nice little entry overall. GG.

I love the art and sound design! I also like the gameplay concept of an idle game with a more 'spatial' component. Upgrading the 'money magnet' ability is very satisfying. I wish there were more things to upgrade to later in the game :)

It is indeed a simple game for simple people

The artstyle is really nice and clean!

It is very simplistic compared to other jam games I have played but that's not a bad thing at all, it actually really helps it in tis case, because the loop is really addictive and satisfying!

The only thing I could say is that the money sound got a bit tiring after a while and it would have been nice to have some kinda option to turn it off!

Great job!

This is the typical type of addictive game. I stayed here longer than I planned. After more than half an hour I decided to leave, but I still wasn't sick. It's not easy to make a fun game like this, the graphics are very cool and the sounds are appropriate. A strong entry that would easily be among the first if I had evaluated more games, because this game deserved more attention, it is a very good game. Brilliant, totally on topic.
One observation is that it took me a while to find the button in the corner to access the menu with the upgrade options. This button should be more striking somehow, it's too small.

An incremental game... This is going to be the death of me.
But that's on me, I'm a simple guy!
Great job :)
