It seems like you are missing the exe in the folder. The game looks really interesting so poke me when you got it working. Looking forward to trying it. :)

The others got it wrong, first step if obviously to download suspicious folder from suspicious google drive, then unzip suspicious content directly on desktop. Then identify unknown extension as gamemaker project file. Then install gamemaker and run project file. Then run game. Then play.
Very easy don't understand why no one got it right.

Now for the actual review, although I did manage to play the game, I'm not sure whether this is the final version or not. Looking at the screenshots, I clearly don't have everything. I don't know my way around game maker so I may have launched the wrong thing.
The art is good, but the game did feel very WIP, half the buttons didn't work. Nice idea, would have loved to play the finished game.

The scam popups that spawns at the start of the game had me laughing then panicking when it obviously wouldn't stop and I lost access to the icons. I had a blue screen, then relaunched and won just by running the scan, then somehow ended up in another level and got spammed by hot girls wanting to speak with me. Couldn't find a way to finish this one.

Loved the motivationnal speech on the end screen, good luck in your game making journey, it sounds epic!

Pro tip: You can export your gamemaker project to an exe file, that's what people expect when downloading the game.

It looks like you zipped your Gamemaker source code. You'll need to compile an executable for everyone else to play it. I can't even open the file in Gamemaker. It looks like an interesting concept though.

It looks very interesting from the screenshots, so I hope (after getting some sleep) you will come back and export the game so we can play!

Guys, Hi ! One of the creators here. Look at Justine D 's comment and do as he did to play the game. Install Game Maker , unzip the game file and run from the gamemaker project file. THen it should all work :) I am happy about the good opinions of you, this is an unfinished PROTOTYPE and of course, we are looking forward to continuing the project. We lacked time for all the other mechanics that we wanted to put in the game, as well as matching cool sounds. I hope you will support our Idea and if so, we will try to finish the game, make it challenging as we firstly intended to do. If only there were more than 3 days...

Update: we will try to compile an exe soon

UPDATE : Built an .exe for an easier way to play the game, without needing to get Game Maker. If antivirus suspects threats, don't worry, it is normal. Virus game anyways, isn't it? Jk :)

Pretty fun to play but seems a little buggy, not sure if it's just me? The graphics are nice and interesting use of the Limited Space theme. Could do with some sound and maybe a tutorial level just to explain what's going on a bit

Cool idea, currently seems to need some polishing but something like this could actually be a really good game for students to learn how viruses work

I tried to play the game a few times, but I don't really understand what is happening.

I close some popups, start a scan then get the victory screen? If I don't close the popups and don't start the scan, I get the blue screen instead.

The idea and graphics are good, but it's too early of a prototype to judge the game.

the idea is quite ok, but the execution leaves much to be desired, I don't see interesting gameplay in the ones to delete viruses from the computer, sorry

Did not understand what you're supposed to do except closing popup windows. Interesting idea and interface tho !

I'm not sure how to play this game, I just kept pressing the close button…… A little instruction would be nice. I guess it's about ending the ads while using anti-virus app and space management?
Also, the feedback isn't very good. The close button is too small--I found out it's a little smaller than the circle outside. I can't tell if my mouse is on the button.
Anyway, good interpretation but there's a lot to improve.

I was not able to understand how I am supposed to play the game, for me it looked like I just had to close pop up windows! It was a really interesting idea and I would be glad if you would explain some more details on how to play it! Anyway, nice try my friend! Keep up!

Some of the UI doesn't seem to be present on my computer, so I'm only experiencing it out of control, but it does very much LIMIT my computer space. expect to see a playable version.

The build seems broken, or I just can't figure out how to pass the second level.

In any case, it's a good use of the theme. Nice work on the OS UI graphics.

It's a pity you can't click "Write" in the "I'm near you" windows

Original idea is here. The game need sounds and correction of second level. In other things that's a good game.

I like simulation games like this. but I do not know what to do after I finished scanning. There is no more new windows shows up and nothing I can do. The game has very good potential. I like it!

When I play this game, I feel the concept of the game, it is the soul of the game, can attract my interest and keep them interactive. this game fascinates me more than any other game, I mean look at this!

A good concept can make a game stand out. In addition, the visuals and music of the game also had a significant impact on my experience.

The visual effects of the game screen may not be so delicate but it is also characteristic enough, and the harmony of the music combined with the atmosphere of the game makes the whole experience more pleasant.

In addition, the difficulty and balance of the game are also key elements of the quality of the game, they can ensure that the game is challenging but not too difficult.

All in all, I think it’s a great little game that has the concept, the visuals, the music and the gameplay to keep players interested and engaged.

This is a measure of the quality of a small game, and this game gives me a lot of fun.(and most important, There"s no bugs!)

If you like my reviews, check out my game too! Absolutely stunning! Thank you!!

This game has a cool concept and the graphics are on point! I think it would need a tutorial because it's a bit hard to understand at first, but other than that it was fun, good job!
