The windows build seems to be broken, it doesn't include a .pck file

In the second level, it seems the game has a bug : sometimes the red square disappear when you push it...
The level design and gameplay are very good.
Good job !

It's hard  , I wish it can start with an easier level.
Really interesting way of combining two classic games (and Tetris)!
One tiny thing: it might be better to allow full screen on itch (it's just one setting to enable on the edit game page). My laptop have a tiny screen, so I can't see the whole game at once, have to scroll up and down.

really cool way of combining 3 classic games and making it work well! also, i could really feel the constraint of limited space play into the difficulty of the game, so superb level design-theme integration!

What's the goal? How to solve the puzzle? Can't beat the first level! But leve the colours and graphx <3

Wow, this was a great use of the theme!! It's a really novel idea too :o It's pretty hard though, but I did manage to beat the first level. On the next level though, the red box deletes itself when pushed twice >.>

@oznarox You have to cover all the floor tiles with the boxes, which on the first level is a 4x4 square

the goal is to fit all the pieces into the stone tiles . i realized after publishing that i didn't exactly make that clear . my apologies! it's already been added to the itch.io page, updating here too.

and yes, the difficulty scaling is not the best . i only started designing the levels about... 3 hours before the deadline (i set harsh limitations onto what i could use in godot to make this, as a challenge . indeed ended up being so challenging i barely had any time to make levels!)

the bug is fixed! everything should work now. so sorry smtn like that made it into the final thing godot messed up on me and deleted the entire script for one of the levels and i had to rewrite it w all my terrible programmer tweaks from memory 30 minutes before the deadline lol

Very solid job! The level design is clever and also very difficult for my brain to handle. The game fits the theme very well and I always admire people who make jam puzzle games. I wish there were just a bit of sound effects to make solving puzzles a little more rewarding, but that's a nitpick at this point.

Cool twists on classic concepts to fit the theme. I agree with clema, the first level is quite tough as an introduction.

Although I haven't made it past level 2 this game is really well put together and I like how the snake can get stuck, I think my main "criticism" would have to be lack of audio which is understandable given the limited time.

This game makes me feel claustrophobic! Cool idea, very tricky though.

Geez, the first level was hard, my brain can't handle the second xD Great level design, though I feel like thrown in at the deep end. I love the art and the concept. Snake + sokoban and kinda tetris? (I made a snake too )

That was fun even though I didn't understand the goal until reading the comments! After reading the first hint, I was trying to stack all the pieces tightly in the bottom edge instead of on the stone tiles 😅

Lots of fun though and a great mashup of genres. Perfect for the theme. Frustrating in a way that great puzzle games make fun, bringing you back to try just one more time!

Cool game, solving level 3 didn't do anything so I am assuming that is the end. The levels were fun, though I do think having an undo button would be a huge help due to the combo of long levels and plentiful fail states. I also would be interested in seeing an additional mechanic to make better use of the fact that you're a snake, or even puzzles allowing the player to count as a block and be part of the finished grid. Great work!

Great game! At first it was really hard, but then somehow clicked. It fits the jam theme nicely!

I really wised there was an unwind option. Maybe something like limited unwinds per attempt would work well, without oversimplifying the game. Also might automativally detect when the snake can't move and show a hint for the restart button

I may not have played many games on this LD yet, but from the ones I've already seen (either by myself or watching on streams) this seems to be the one that most fits the theme. Having to move in such **limited space** almost gives me anxiety; for now I've solved only the first two puzzles, maybe I'll come back later to try the third one.

(I don't have any new criticism that wasn't already pointed by the others above me)

I like this twist on sokoban and was happy to see another snake game. The levels were nice, but I think the mehanic could have been introduced more gradually before even having a level with multiple boxes. SokoSnake (like my game) would have benefited from an undo. With that said I had a very fun time solving the 3 levels -- well done!

Too hard for my smol brain

I agree with other commenters: an *Undo* feature would've been very very useful!

I would never think a combination of sokoban, snake and tetris could even work let alone this good. The theme is spot on too.

I wish there was an undo button (at least one level) in addition to reset because it's really easy to make a mistake.
There seems to be something wrong with your winning position detection.. I got past level one without solving it correctly. I restarted the game to make sure and I got past level 2 the same way too.

Damn, this was such a cool experience! I wanted sound and music SO badly, but the gameplay really makes up for that absence. I think an undo button would drastically improve the fun factor, since in many cases you can get locked into place with your own body within a few moves. Still, this isn't a huge detractor. It did take me a bit to discover that your body is counted as covering the stone tiles, so I spent a few tries trying to get the blocks to fit perfectly into the spaces (and was confused when I suddenly won the first level). I would love to make music and sound for this game if you plan to work on it more! Reach out to me on Discord @.cardboardmoon if you're interested.
