How to play: Touch anywhere to start. Find an open space and scan the floor until a city appears.

Your phone is the controller! Move around and tap the screen to shoot bubbles at penguin missiles to prevent building damage. If a building is hit, fly through the hole to restore it. Shoot down as many penguins as you can before your city is destroyed!

I was able to get the game to open on my phone but it prompts me to install "the latest version of Google Play Services for AR" which, apparently, my phone isn't compatible with. My phone is a model from 2021 so it's not top-of-the-line anymore but that's still a bit surprising to me.

Even without it, I can get to the title screen and hear a nice piano ditty and windy ambience, but "Scan the floor until a city appears" seems stuck on the screen and although I can tap to fire off a bolt of something (with the dolphin sound, I guess it's echolocation?) but nothing happens and moving the phone doesn't seem to do much. So in the end it seems the app really isn't compatible with my device. Oh well.

Thank you for the feedback! we are still figuring out how to share it- The android version was never tested but we will definitely try to get a version out there!

I got to see this demo'd live. Very cool use of AR - a natural fit for the theme - with super impressive polish for a jam. And those penguin bombs make me smile every time I see them. Great work!

Augmented Reality is underrated. This is extremely cool and I want to personally thank you for making it. Well done, max scores all round, as everything came together. I'll be sure to let my kids have a go, I'm sure they'll have a blast !

Nice! But I could only watch the video. Unfortunately the game crashes if I give camera permission. I tried it on a high-end Android device.
