Didn't expect Point & Click here so that was a pleasant surprise. Well done!)
The felling of being abandoned somewhere and not knowing anything about it is definitely there, and the AI art actually help there by filling the screens with random incomprehensible furnitures and object.
The problem start when the player is supposed to make sense of it :
- the point of view are a bit disorienting (door to initial room in front of us when we just got out ?)
- it is hard to guess at what could be useful, some elements are distinct from the background but not many...
- the text is both hard to clearly see, hard to understand, and far from helpful (I don't see the point of explaining how a manhole fit in a city when you are supposed to run from a submarine).
So it function as a proof of concept, the art fit, music is repetitive but good, lack some polish and a lot of the details and content that usually fills escape games/point and clicks. Well done it's ambitious to make a point n'click for a LD and you have a good start !
