Quick guide:

  • Try to buy Reward Up upgrades as early as you can.
  • Make sure you have at least one summon with AOE damage.

  • Repsectfully opted-out from Graphics ratings.
  • Music and SFX are also not made by me and for that reason, I'm out!

The UI design and art is incredibly nice, and the core loop is fun.

The readability for the text was a slight struggle for me, and the difficulty and money ramps up a bit faster than I'd personally like.

Great job overall, I can tell that there's a ton of polish behind this and I think that's pretty commendable.

Game is quite fun. Game was visually amazing! does seem somewhat chance based as in my first playthrough didn't really have much to deal damage. Also didn't really know some cards really did experimentation didn't really clear some things up.

Oh, I saw your wip-posts on Mastodon! Glad to see you finished it! It's ***really*** good looking and I low-key dig the combination of idle game with sort of "vampire survivour"-esque fun. I would personally tone down the blurry effect on the border at the tutorial page for it to not getting in the way of reading the instructions. Also it was a bit confusing on what screen I am right now: like I pick the sticker and then I suddenly see few new cards, first few times I was a bit lost, then read about the stickers and it clicked. Also, to my personal taste, I would also love to take control sometimes, because AI can be really dumb in general and it'll shoot in a direction that is not that important, but that's just me, it's my constant complain about autoshooting games.

I really like the concept, idea and the whole vibe of your entry, however. Would really love to see you expanding on the idea! Great job!

Really impressed! I agree with others regarding blurry effect and balancing needing to be slightly refined. Otherwise I absolutely love the art style. Truly a *slightly* rough but beautiful gem of a game!

I survived just under 3 minutes, and I'm quite impressed. How on earth was this game created in such a short time, even if we skip the graphics. Great job!

Great art and sound. It feels like a finished indie game. The only problem I found was that cards cover the screen and when I'm playing I want to read them, but have a feeling I'm missing on the action.

This game is so incredibly stylish! The art, the design, and the UI are so polished and pleasing to the eye. I would not expect that level of quality from something made in three days, kudos to you!
I did feel that I would like a bit more control, the gameplay felt not engaging enough for me. It was hard to lose too, maybe it needs a bit more of a challenge.
Overall, great game, well dome!

Wow, it's like cuphead and vampire survivors having a child :D The overall artstyle is really kicking, looks great! It would be cool to set game on pause though while you are on the upgrade screen. Otherwise you don't really have enough time to go thorugh the details and think about what you are doing.

Best game so far for me!! 5/5 Stars! I love card play games like this! The whole game is solid, I know you dont did everything own your own, but for a solo project in three days. Thats and incredible result. You should go on with that game!

Really loved the atmosphere and art-style, very true to your inspirations. Couldn't quite get the balance right so I didn't last long, but still a really fun and well-polished game. Great work!

How does one achieve such polish in 72 hours?? Great mood and atmosphere, a little hard to figure out but fun gameplay loop and excellent art!

I can't believe how well put together this game is!

I'm completely smitten with how polished and complete this feels. The core gameplay loop is very addicting: I've had a couple of really powerful builds, and a few real stinkers, haha.
Everything feels so sleek, but I would have loved being able to hover my stickers to remind me what they did, or maybe even peel them off if I found they weren't working so well. Also, can I equip an infinite amount of relics? I couldn't find much info after I purchased them. Where do I see the ones I bought?

Truly an awesome submission, thanks for sharing it with us!

This game doesn't even feel like a jam game. This is like something I would expect to see on Steam or for sale on Itch. Absolutely fantastic work  It's a bummer you had to opt out of the graphics category because the art and overall style is top notch. I remember seeing some of your progress in the discord and being blown away at how good things were looking even then! The game mechanics were all smooth and I never noticed anything not working the way I expected it to. I wasn't good enough to make it to the boss, but the difficulty really seems to ramp up suddenly. Not sure if that's been a common occurrence with others or not.

Great work! You should be super proud!

Killer cuphead vibes. Was upset at it being a vampire survivor clone mechanically though. Great execution. Looks ready for commercial release!

This is probably the most interesting game visually that I came across. Of course, very inspired by cartoons and Cuphead, but beautiful nevertheless. The UI is lacking a bit of polish, but it does its job. The only problem is balance, but polishing this take a lot of trial and error for a game jam. Great work!

Really like the design for the waves of enemies approaching, and the frog-like enemies that seemed to look like hand puppets!

This is a really nice submission, love the visuals/art style. Found the beginning wasn't super intuitive, but after a few deaths figured out a couple strategies and started surviving for longer and it was a lot of fun. As others have said, very vampire survivors-esque. Overall really well done submission!

Magical game, the gameplay loop is smooth and very well balanced, I would recommend to add some summon cards at the very beginning as it was a bit confusing. Overall, really good job.
