[raw]
made by AcsiD for Ludum Dare 55 (COMPO)

You are a great summoner on vacation. You heard that the summoner fest need mana bottle And lucky you are the fest is also on the other side of the lake.

You need to summon monsters to gather fish. In exchange for money. With the money you can buy Mana bottle.

You have 2 summons you can spawn. The regular one. And the fire type who can make Fire Fish come out of the water.

You can unlock the 2nd summon creature by giving 100 gold money to the guy on an island somewhere on the lake. He also boost your speed and mana resistance.

A new lake is generated each time you start a new game.

I think I hit a bug where I got stuck on the right side of the ocean and could not go leftwards anymore

I liked the humor of this game but I had a hard time understanding what I was supposed to be doing. I also felt like the collection of mana was repetitive.

Oh I didn't I guess that I ran out of mana, I wish maybe it had an indicator I thought it was a bug

Nice music and art on the main menu. I guess someone was hoping for a particular theme to come up :P

Interesting game, really unique mechanics. I would never gone for the fishing route. I like the look of the characters too.

Cool game, art style makes me smile. It got a bit repetitive to have to drink mana all the time, I wish there was automatic or that it wouldn't run out as fast. I didn't understand what to do outside of gathering fish, gold, and mana, do I have to just keep going right?

In any case good job on submitting for the compo!

@nazorus thanks for the comment. For the 1st level collect more then 100 bottles And go to the farest right to drop them And finish the level

haha I died from mana starving! I liked the art style and how things are thrown in the air, I was not expecting that the first time! Great compo entry!

Love the cartoonish style of the art! The shop signs remind me of the lettering in pizza tower haha.

Took a while to realize to aim for the given percentage, not 100%. I think. After dropping due to lack of mana a couple of times, I finally was able to figure out how to be sustainable. Interesting game. Good work!

Nicely done! Very interesting and unique mechanic, really good adherence to the theme.
I had my kid play, too--here are their comments:
"Pretty good overall. Hard to get the point of the game. Are you supposed to go over the lake or are you supposed to be fishing?"

Might need a bit more explaining about the fishing system in general and how you can lose but other than that I enjoyed the humorous art style and the simplicity of the game:)

Nice fishing game, took me a while to notice that moving takes mana. It's hard to not die. I guess you can camp the starting area for a while? I enjoyed the game regardless. Would be great if there was music in the game part too, main theme was very nice!
