First Ludum Dare!

ALL HAIL THE DARK LORD!

But alas, the cops have caught wind of your rituals and have arrested all of your brothers and sisters of the fold. It's now up to you to perform the ritual and summon your master on this fateful night to take revenge on the unworthy around you.

You take the role of the last cultist in their hideout in this stealth horror game. You must seek out the altars alight with demonic fire and activate them all without being caught.

Controls:

Left SHIFT to sprint.

Left CTRL to crouch and muffle your footsteps.

Escape to Pause.

Good luck. May the master give you his favor.

Great art style! Didn't get very far since stealth games aren't my cup of tea. Hope you had fun making it!

I loved the vibes. Very spooky atmosphere. All the rooms being nearly identical makes it feel liminal, like you're lost in the backrooms. The pixel screen effect helps too in a way that I can't quite describe.
I appreciated the noise that plays while you're being chased. I don't have to keep turning around to see if they're still behind me.
The start screen music is very spooky and cool. I wish it played during gameplay at some point.
I don't usually like stealth games but I kept going for longer with this one because of the atmosphere. Good job!

Quite like the aesthetic although it could be a bit too dark for me. Great job overall!

As someone who needed to poop while playing the game, I find this very accurate. Funny, short, didn't overstay its welcome and left me wanting more!

The gameplay mechanics in this game are so intuitive! It's like the controls become an extension of your own instincts. Plus, the art style adds a unique flair that keeps you engaged throughout. Definitely a gem worth exploring!

I agree with other comments, this game really make mood. Also gampley time is perfect, it wasn't too easy and it wasn't too long and boring. But pixel posteffect made everything in the distance illegible. Anyway, exccelent game. Thank you, guys!

Great game, mood, music, atmosphere, and the sort of far pixel art style with the pixels becoming luminous :D
Though I was stuck, I didn't achieve to finish it :(

I don't play many horror games so I definitely felt tense playing this. I'm surprised even those kinda doopy looking policeman models felt scary. Really got the mood down great!

Love the atmosphere. I ended up running around with the guys behind me for quite a while. Maybe they need to pick up their pace, lazy guards! :D

Its an amazing game, I love the art style and shading but I cant see anything since everything is so dark, I would love to see a tutiorail or atleast some hint to find the item or place or something to summon something because I feel like I was walking in circles for hours and clicked every single thing I saw and still didn't manage to do anything, the game is very creative, art and shading is on point I love to see 3D enviroment being pixalated and the story about cops is lowkey funny I like it, good job overall 8/10 cops

Fun game, but man, is it dark! Love the art style though; the shadows and eerie vibe really set the mood. I love stealth games but I don't really see them pop up very often so thank you for making one. The writing did make me laugh. Great submission! Keep it up!

A creative take on the stealth genre, playing as the 'bad guy' for once. The tone and ambiance of the game was definitely the standout, and the general dark and lack of color look contributed a lot to that. Some areas in the map got a bit tedious to play, and a little more variety would've been good, for a game jam this was definitely quite fun.

Really impressive submission, great visuals and ending! I was a bit confused at first, i think putting the tooltips at eye level would help. Great job!
