Belzosbub, tired of his role as torturer of poor human souls decides to resign from his position as Great General and founded the newest demon delivery service from hell. After a long market research, it became evident that cultists all over the world were spending too much time and money trying to gather materials needed for their routine rituals. Now it’s up to our “hero”, Belzebius, to serve his former commander general and now CEO in order to profit as much as they can from humans and bring glory and wealth to hell, although it is still uncertain what use there is for money in hell (well... some people are so wealthy that they will certanly bring some of it with them).

Basic mechanics: As a sales assistant your main job is to make your boss Belzosbus rich and happy. Therefore you must ensure that all the list items for the ritual are placed in the small circles around the Summoning Circle. Every round the number of items may increase, so be careful to make the summoning on time. When you are ready to cast the spell, all you have to do is call with you phone.

W, A, S, D - Movement

Space - Interaction / Pick items

E - Opens the checklist

Q - Opens the phone, where you can check the timer and call Belzosbus to make a summon, when the checklist is finished.

Left Mouse Button - Drop the items

Right Mouse Button - Throw the items in the direction of the cursor

Loved the art, first thing that stood out for me. Despite the fact that the demon manager is drawn differently it didn't feel like it clashed at all -- and his artwork is _really_ good. I admit I didn't notice the distinction I think you were trying to draw to a certain well known billionaire until the end which made it all the funnier when I finally noticed on the last page..

The gameplay itself was a little frustrating, but I think that was the point. I still am not sure if chickens stay put if corn is nearby, the little buggers wouldn't stay still...

I found the manager annoying when he popped up when I was trying to use my phone, but I think that was the point. However, his constant interruptions with the same quip I already saw meant that at the end he just became visual noise I ignored. Having him appear less would have made it more novel when he did pop in to tell me how much bigger his yacht will be after I complete this summoning. Being annoyed by him is a fun feeling, but feeling annoyed that he's clogging up the screen with the same quip feels like a different, less fun kind of annoying.

Also another nit re: manager calling - the chat bubble went away too fast. I didn't have time to fully digest what he said especially since I was suddenly interrupted while doing another task. Need to give more time to read the text.

Overall I enjoyed humor even if the gameplay wasn't too wild (felt like the only real innovation was the last level with the mandrake thing which felt like it came quite late in the game)

The game name, art, style and branding if you will around the game is excellent. The gameplay itself is sort of simple. But overall well done!

@timidger @enver-arco Thank you very much for taking the time to drop these feedbacks.
You're absolutely right and we really wish we were able to polish these things in time!

Great game!! I think the control are a little intuitive so it's hard to pick up at first, but you get used to it as the game goes on. Great job!

The name alone got a 5 in humor from me! Great little game, could use some more polish in how actions work/look, but the concept is great.

Sorta like a satanic Overcooked :smiling_imp: A great idea, well executed. And incredibly frustrating - in a good way - when you're trying to herd goats and chickens into the circle at the same time

I freakin' hate the goats!!!

Amazing name, Belzosbus definitely looks familiar though I cannot place my finger on it ;) Loved the humour in this one, from the annoying chicken moving, to the remixed Nokia tune playing every now and then. It was a plesant experience. The art style was amazing as well!

Mechanics-wise however, there wasn't much new and I cannot think of a good way to fix that. Perhaps more gameplay after the summoning is done, or the summoning being more of a puzzle might help? Or being able to "loan" some tools with your measly wages to be help in the next run...

Haha hilarious name for sure. It would be nice if the checklist got a check mark to help you know you got the right items. Also if there was an effect that happened when an item is sitting in the right spot. Nice concept and hectic gameplay

Good game! Would be nice if the demons stayed around for a bit, but you're *summoned* ;) by Belzosbus so fast...

Wow those chickens were really annoying. The game was pretty good though. I loved the UI being items in the characters hand. That was a really nice touch.

The art was amazing and the concept of the game was there I found the drop mechanic very finnicky and I found that the phone at point didn't work. I found myself frustrated with how it had to be very precise with placing the ingredients in the circle and I find it was difficult to do it at points. With regards to the circles I had to figure out where to place the ingredients on my own and didn't know that I had to place it in the small circle.

amazing art assets indeed, particularly the characters and their cartoonish animations that take me back a bit to those flash games.

the title itself is very inventive and made me laugh a bit.

the controls are kinda unconfortable, using mouse and several keyboard keys which could be perhaps automatic based on context like E and space, it is particularly harder for people that use left handed mouse to use AWSD + space (like me)

@velvetlobster Thanks a lot for the feedback! Some things didn't come out exactly as we wanted due to time limitations and lack of experience, but we'll definitely work on better controls for our next games!
Glad to hear you had a good time with the game!

Hi, I liked the game you proposed there. A great combinaison of the theme and fun. I had to understand where to put down everything but at the end I enjoyed playing your game.

Hi, great game. I really liked the art and audio. I did get a bit frustrated with the controls being different for pick up and drop which made it all the more frustrating. However that aside it was a goo unique idea.

Really amazing art in this entry, really felt like a summoning from the dialogue scene and the game scene with the ritual circle.

The older school cell phone and the clipboard were nice touches to give a more analog feel. Well put together for the jam, solid entry here that gets the point across in several different ways.

This game reminds me too much of real life! lol this is frustrating as hell but oddly addictive at the same time. I feel like I'm fighting against the universe itself in a never ending battle of attrition. And I've lost. The asshole constantly calling me and messing me up right when the asshole goat bonks his noggin on the asshole cauldron! Hang on I'm gonna go try again...

Really liked the humor. However I skipped reading the fun IT-jargon the boss kept sending my way because I was focusing on ACTUAL WORK. I see what you did there, but I would have also liked to actually read the jokes. Gameplay was fun but the controls felt weird. If picking up items happened with space, why the dropping was different key? Good entry and definitely better than average entry.

it would like to get more feedback, as changing the color when we place the right thing in the circle. The Art, Sounds and story create a nice mood. Nice game

This was really great. When I started playing I wasn't really sure what to expect, but the mechanic around chickens and stuff moving around and being obnoxious was great! Only nitpick was that the audio track doesn't loop seamlessly, but overall, a great entry

@ildfuglen TY for playing and droping a comment. I'm curious about the music loop thing. Was it on the game song or the ending song? The gameplay one was playing ok here but the ending one probably shouldn't even replay. II was a last minute addition.

This was a really funny and great entry! The art was very well done. I think the difficulty was interesting given stuff like chicken and goats would move around. I thought the controls were a bit confusing at first, but I eventually got used to them. Overall, nice job!

Would echo the comment above about the controls being confusing at first. I liked how you spiced up the game with the goat and the chicken moving around, it made the game much more interesting. Loved the art (especially the main character) too! Nice work.

Nice work! I liked how to animals moved it added a nice extra challenge to a simple and cool concept! I love the tune and the art is super cool too!
