very atmospheric game I enjoyed the vibe. the art style is really sweat I just can't get over how satisfying the running animation looks despite being like 2 frames lol the timing feels smooth. I like story focused games in general so I really enjoyed talking to the crew and getting all the dialogue I can get, the small attention to details here and there like the rain sound when at the top of the ship and the camera tilting adds so much to the whole vibe. I got stuck after interacting with the big guy right after I sent him to play chess with the captain, I don't know why but no dialogue appeared and I was stuck there unable to move, happened again after restarting and I just couldn't continue which is quite a shame (pls fix ). other than that the game is pretty solid and I had a good time following the story

@0x-void-x0 Yeah we went with that animation style since there were 8 characters to design in total so I'm glad you liked it! Also that bug has been resolved so thanks for letting us know, and thanks for playing

The game is really nice, but unfortunately I couldn't finish it. After making the captain an opponent, I can no longer interact with the other characters. Sad.

Really enjoyed the feeling of this, wish I could have seen the end but I got softlocked after getting the musician tick. couldn't interact with anyone else after that.

I loved the aesthetics and the premisse of the game! It felt satisfying to walk around and I was genuinely engaged to see the end, but I had the same issue as OX_VOID_XO, stuck after helping the first mate. If there's more content, please consider fixing it and I'll try again before rating the game.

Well done!

ps: I've played the WebGL version

Really cool atmosphere, felt like actually being on a ship! Especially the sound balancing, when you get out of the ship and the water gets really loud, was a nice touch.

This is a pretty cool little dialogue adventure. Talk to someone, think of what someone else has said, make the connection, and continue. What really sells it is a great art--I love the character designs and walking animation--and the fun audio.

My one point of critique is that I found the font a little hard to read, leaving me to click through some dialogue, which I regretted.

Overall a fun entry with a nice vibe and great art!

This little game was super fun to play. I liked the voices of the characters and the graphic style. Agree with the other commenters that the text was a little hard to read on my small screensize and i think there was some z - layer glitches with the chef. But overall this made me feel nostalgia to ols SCUMM games.

The graphics are really good, the rocking boat, the pixelated characters are very delicate. The level designed is just right and the ending picture is very cozy. Nice work!

Vibe of good old sierra quests, very atmospheric and fun. I would like to have big adventure in this style, new Legend of Kyrandia. Awesome!

Voices of the crew are BRILLIANT. Made 90% of the game mood. By the way - funny little quest-game.

I had a great time playing this game. I really like how the ship's atmosphere is conveyed in this game. The sound of the wind and the swaying of the ship create a good immersive effect. The quests are simple but presented with humor. I enjoyed the pixel art; the ship is well-detailed, and the characters are well-drawn, each with a sense of individuality.

Amazing! Even with three people this is super impressive for a jam. It wasn't very difficult but the game is so full of character, atmosphere, writing, voice acting, music (even for the musician), ship tilting back and forth, lighting... All the character designs! And a bit funny. Very cool.

My main criticism would be the controls, or maybe just the description of them: I wasn't able to get keyboard (E or enter) to work reliably for advancing dialogues but luckily I figured out the mouse works too. You should add that to the list of controls C:

Overall really impressive!
