Summon Dots by look_for_happiness

I firstly brainstormed all day but gained nothing, but then the idea of this game poped up.I still remember that I played this game(almost the same) on my brother's mum's phone(might be downloaded from app store) when I was quite litte. I was deeply attracted, but later I never played it again or remembered its name(I searched but only found a similar game called Mushroom War). I thought it was kinf of fitting the topic like the name of the game -- Summon Dots, so I decided to make an 1:1 replica of the game in my memory, in another word, there was almost no innovation, but I thought it was better than do nothing especially under the pressure of time.

Now it's about game:

Generally:
1. You can simply gather your dots and wait them to increase and then beat the Red. 2. More dots, lower increase rate(but that doesn't mean less dots is good).

For the Red AI(I initially thought it was hard to code, but the situation didn't look such bad): 1. for the neutral barrack: Red AI will just find the closet one(closer than any blue) and occupy. 2. for the blue barrack: Red AI also finds the closest one, but he will assess the risk(whether red dots * 0.8f >= blue dots).

Here are some tips: 1. You can't be faster than computer, try to slow down. 2. AI has code limitation, so finding a particular route might be a good choice. 3. Burn your bridges, exchange the barracks with AI sometimes help. 4. I'm not good at this kind of game actually, I firstly play the entire game for about 45min :), mainly stuck by 2 levels

Anyway, have fun!!!

I've seen your game on Bilibili, and it's hard to believe it was made by just one person within 48 hours. You've done an amazing job, my friend!

If you have the time and energy, would you mind taking a look at my friends' games (not mine)? They've helped me a lot in the past, and I'd like to return the favor. Here's the link:https://ldj.am/$393695

This is one of those looks simple but has a ton of depth games. I played this for waaaay longer than I thought I would :D Lovely graphics, clean implementation. I know you say above that you copied the game concept, but this is a really nice execution of it. Good job.

I like your clear and simple design. I played the same game years ago, but it was like turn based. Great work!

Looks great. Gameplay-wise, I had trouble in the third level just keeping up with the sheer speed of the AI.

Very straight-forward on what to do, and very nice audio/visual feedback. It also reminds me of an old game I used to play on miniclip or somewhere, but I can't remember its name either. Great entry!
