Theme: You Are The Monster!

One thousand years ago... Monstrous dragons protected their homes from knights seeking fame and fortune.

A classic first person style game inspired by the Medieval Legend of St. George and The Dragon. Although this version is from the Dragon's point of view. Knight after Knight attempts to make a name for themselves in the world by slaying "monsters". If they can't slay an adult Dragon, they'll settle for the eggs. Protect yourself and your nest of eggs from the attacking Knights, using your fire breath and swiping claws. If you are successful in defending your home from the swarms of invading Knights you must last battle St. George himself. Good Luck! You'll need it!

The 3D models are pretty god, the menu screen is cool and I liked the music! But when playing in the windoned mode the mouse "bugs" the gameplay.

Sweet! Another game that references the legend of St. George. (Though yours is actually based on it.)

I liked the 3d models, but the roar of the dragon combined with the constant running water reminded me of the sound of puking. So I had to turn the sound off.

Otherwise, good game!

Great graphics and nice take on the theme, though the gameplay is a bit bland and repetitive. Still, good stuff for a game jam.

I guess I managed to reach St. George, but couldn't beat him.

The game generally looks and sounds okay, but it's hard to tell what's going on sometimes (e.g. I can't tell when I defeat a knight after using fire, there's no death reaction or anything) and it gets kinda monotonous after a while. Also, I have no idea what the woman is for. >.<

I'm really impressed by the quality of the 3D models. I got a bit confused about when I hit a knight though. Did I miss a lot or do they have some HP I can't see?

Seems good, but the mouse doesn't stay in the window.

First the graphics: the eggs are well done, the arms are well done (but the swipe animation is a bit feeble) and the knights look awesome. But the whole cave is blurry. Also is that a topless woman? Shouldn't there be a content warning on that?

Also, in windowed mode the game doesn't capture the mouse cursor, which makes it pretty much impossible to play windowed (since it'll leave the window and focus on other windows when you click).

It's definitely a good start, but it gets a little boring. Why do I have a health bar? The knights never attacked me. That makes it a game of "wait for knights to come to you and then kill them", which is... sorta boring.

Don't get me wrong, the work that's already been done is good, but like most LD games, it probably needed a bit more time to be great :)

Liked the historical take on the theme. The controls were kind of buggy though, my claw attack either didn't work or didn't animate a lot of the time, and the hitboxes on things seems finnicky about when I could/couldn't hit knights. Also, the topless maiden felt a bit gratuitous.

in windowed mode, as i always play unity games, mouse doesn't lock, look into that? Also the UI seemed to break a little on 1024x768 (the default unity launcher setting)

Otherwise it was a fun game! killin the people! rawr!! the dragon! great job!

Cursor.lockState = CursorLockMode.Confined;
Also when I switch to windowed mode I couldn't exit the game.
if( Input.GetKeyDown( KeyCode.Escape ) ) Application.Quit();

Those are Minor details for next time.

Graphics and models are amazing, needs more enemies.

Something feels strange about the controls/movement/attacks.
The art looks good. The prisoner was distracting me...

This looks really nice, and is fun for a while :) I didn't seem to be able to swipe very often, but the fire breath did well enough until the knights started attacking me. They do seem a lot more interested in the eggs than in the woman :P
