Also, Herbert, no offense but I'm team potato!
@vyolfers We were a bit worried that figuring everything out would be too hard. We might try to incorporate a hint system or some way to let you know when things are right. Thanks for checking it out!
@busisen Its a lot having everything on one screen! We wanted everything to be available at all times and focuses more on the story, art and puzzle. But ideally it might be nice to have a few screens to look at or some direction on what to look at first. Thank you for playing!
The gameplay is innovative and definitely the only one I'll see with such a concept.
Good job!
@vkonstantin Thanks for the feedback! I see your point, maybe a highlight when mousing over the clickable objects would be a nice addition in the future.
@chiara-sanviti I think this is how everyone looked after the jam. haha
@pimeko I'm a big fan of Don't Starve so it has influence my art for sure. I really wanted that "hand drawn" rough around the edges look. Thanks for playing!
however... this might sound like a skill issue, see, i actually figured it out (i swear to god) but the solution dindt work, so i just gave in and asked the fairy, an it was confirmed that my suspects where rigth (I SWEAR TO GOD), so i just imputed exactly what she said, and its still wrong, please tell me its a bug and im not that dumb
Great work!

So happy to hear you enjoyed it. We approached this game jam with the idea that we could produce a lot of 2d artwork and writing faster than anything else so we would find a way to get depth and intricate gameplay from those two things above all. I think I wrote for 14 straight hours on sunday and my mind is still a little fried from weaving the story lines together. @zippry went crazy on all the character and items art, @tyler-law made it all come together with the programing, @jetty brought in a ton of sound effects and additional programming. We had a really great time working on it.

As 'Return of the Obra Dinn' is easily one of my favorite games this is a huge compliment. It was absolutely a big inspiration and reference point for the concept of the game. The other big inspiration is 'The Case of the Golden Idol' which if you haven't played but like Obra Dinn I highly recommend! I've never played the sherlock Holmes game you mentioned I'll have to look into it.
@night-on-mars
Definitely know what you mean, you're in the exact game state from start to finish, which I found cozy in a way but certainly gets stale. We've thought about how we would expand something like this with more scenes and maps etc.
@mongoose-59 @anifan-gelati There is a little hang up we've heard people running into that I wonder might have happened to you. !!!SPOILER!!! you have to mark the princess as a conspirator as well as the summoner. We may update it to clarify that better as well as who the 'Unwitting Accomplices' are.
