Abracadabrum by Vladimik

[raw]
made by Vladimik for Ludum Dare 55 (JAM)

That's a pretty simple game about wizard in endless, ancient dungeons, who fights with zombies and skeletons on his way through. Game is actually hard at the beginnig, so you have to summon a lot of minions to help you! That's basically it, the whole game. Hope you enjoy.

Not sure about any other platforms that aren't Windows, so sorry for that and for my bad English if it exists here. Also if you think that title is strange, then you are right, I don't know why I picked this one...

Heym firstly . good job on making this game in this little period of time ! I found it really hard at the beggining as you said hahaha, i think the ratio plays a lot in the difficulty, maybe the screen could be bigger ? =)

Ok, I think you are right, cuz I also had problems with the ratio, I'll change that. Thank you for your comment!

@vladimik You did a nice job with the game. It was surprisingly fun! The guy could move a bit faster but it was a very good time!

You weren't kidding when you said hard! After some practice it was quite cool to have all the guys take care of the monsters while I could run around and loot the plance ;P

I think you have an interesting concept, summoning creatures to help you out but being there into the field with them. In my opinion, it could be further extended with the possibility to influence them in some ways after being summoned (switch from attacking enemies to defending you, tell them to focus a specific enemy...). It could create interesting gameplay situations where you have to make strategic decisions while controlling your own avatar.
Other than that, it was quite satisfying to summon creatures a watch them destroying the enemies!

Thank you for your suggestion, but I don't think that I will add something new or fix bugs, because I lost my motivation and I don't wanna participate in this Jam anymore, sorry =(
