Description

Command the shadows, summon the fallen! In 'Master of the Pit,' rise to power as a formidable necromancer defending the world of darkness from the forces of good. Master ancient spells, raise armies from the dead, and carve your legacy in a battle against the light. Will you have the strength to dominate the living and assert the supremacy of the undead? Step into the pit and unleash the night!

Goal

Spawn minions to prevent the forces of good from destroying your magical orb - the source of all your power!

Controls

Mouse - click on buttons to active - click on target destination

W & D - pan camera left and right Hotkeys:

Z - summon skellies

X - summon vampires

C - summon liches

2 - cast Heal

3 - cast Slow

Hi, fun game!
I didn't realize I could pan the camera until I beat the game at the spawn point.
Maybe increase difficulty a little so I need to take into account the rest of the screen.

The best game I've played so far! I really like it. There is only one problem that I found: if you spam a troop button then you lose mana without placing a troop. If you decide to continue the project, I think UI design would be a good addition, along with a good difficulty curve

Cool game, good sort of tower-defence-y with a bit more opportunities for micro-management vibe to it. Personally I'd have liked a bit more scope for upgrading the summons so I could really just fill the screen with monsters and get really chaotic with it - that aside I thought the difficulty felt pretty well balanced (and I can see that having the ability to summon heaps of monsters would probably throw that off!)

Has the feeling of tower defence and a bit of RTS mixed together, tho visual clarity and UI could use some improvement

Great concept and mechanics. Graphics are okay, I think it would've been great if UI elements were also stylised in the same manner. Main menu background image looks fantastic! Keep up the good work ^_^

Fun game! Unsure if this was intended but I found out if you kept pressing [Z|X|C] without clicking, you can stack spawns on top of each other (zero complaints, I enjoyed spawning 50 skeletons and watching them expand out immediately)

It feels like there is a gameplay core with potential. It would be better if the UI can be further improved. I have a lot of fun playing it.

In my first attempt it was really difficult. On my second attempt I switch to using just vampires and it was a breeze. With some extra balancing of the spells and summons, and maybe having more enemies in a wave but with less health, it would be even more engaging

i think it could definitely do with some visual polish, such as character animations & wall textures that are not so stretched. Also, as a little nitpick, i found that i could pan way out of the playspace 👀

i wasn't quite getting into it until i stopped using skeletons, they seem pretty worthless; but i was having a good time once i was spawning bountiful waves of vampires with a peppering of liches ❌💀 ✅🦇

Nicely done! I'm all in favor for having more enemies! I was able to just pin the enemies to the door with my vampire hoard, so not even sure why they would come into the room lol. This was fun though! I'd totally play a full version of this.

At first glance, the level of difficulty seems very high right from the start. But once you've understood the mechanics and the strengths and weaknesses of your characters and enemies alike, you can look forward to completing the game. Great fun!

Good premise but lacking in some polish in a few areas. The UI felt like the most obvious room for improvement, lacking in detail with no themeing. Also for me a lot was positioned off the screen but that could be because of my resolution (when I played in full screen). I also encounter a couple of odd AI behaviours whereby my liches would stay far too still sometimes and charge in to their death on others. Also the slow death of my characters was not clear at first. Music and sound effect were pretty good and fit the style of the game.

Fun game, I really love the sound the vampire makes when you summon him !
I should mention I had a bug that cancelled the upgrade on the leeches mid-playthrough. Still won but it made the game way harder !

Pretty fun little game. I enjoyed spamming upgraded skeletons. The summoning ring animation was nice and all the sounds.

I enjoyed the concept, and playing it was fun overall. I did feel like my spawns died a bit too quickly, but not outrageously so; I could blame my poor skill as well. Liked the sound effects. Good game!

Simple and addictive game. I made a few run trying to understand the mecanics. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to finish the game, I'll come back to it later in the day.

One of the more fun games I've played so far! Ended up playing it twice, to see if there was any variation in strategy. I wanted to keep playing actually, hehe. Wishing the timer didn't run out, and there were more enemies. Overall a fun game taking me back to Warcraft 3 custom maps. Congrats!
