Sunrise by Bloketta

The end of the world in 2012 turned out to be true, and the world plunged into total darkness for three years. And then... Humanity invented artificial suns.

We play as a Mark, who maintain the Sun in the small village. The Sun went out in one day again, so Mark's friend Grisha summon him to get the job done.

All in all, we need: 1. Raise bridges to the Sun 2. Charge them with star batteries 3. Launch the Sun

Attention! The game is quite dark, as we wanted you to focus on the sounds around you sometimes. Please use headphones.

But there are so many pleasing details - the subtle beauty of a glowing san-serif timer, the ambient music that is soothing-yet-enticing, getting caught in the dark, and looking above you to use the starts to navigate, etc.
The 'concentration-whispers' actually kind of make the player feel like a 'force-user' - much more so than a minimap or compass or other 'gamey' tools to solve the same puzzle.
Of course, as with any jam game, there are some areas of less polish. Once, I did untotunarly get stuck in a hole and have to restart (near the vines/telescope). But for the most part, this games artistry felt well above what should be possible in such a short time span. Well done!
Thanks for your so heartwarming feedback! We're glad if we were able to convey this experience, and we're happy that you appreciated our audio effects. It means a lot for us.
It was surprising that you mentioned so many detailes, thank you /blushing/
We will try to fix all the bugs in the near future and complete the game with visuals!
