(Although at some levels I ran out of mana and had to wait until stone finally disappeared, but that's nothing)
it was interesting!
There is a secret to go further.
you just need to draw along, not across
Also I don't know if it was by design or not but I would have liked to have more information on how long an emitter would stay active. Maybe there was something I missed, but a visual cue when it was nearing its end would have been nice.
We built it so we could've created a variety of different win/lose conditions easily and destroying houses was one of them, but we just focused on exploring saving the houses against different Boulder types mostly. I think if we were to expand on the game it would probably have an idea of "worlds" where the objective is different based on the world. Then we could introduce mechanics and ideas one at a time and eventually combine them all in later worlds
The first five levels are very easy, after that it gets noticeably more fun. It might be good to make the game get difficult quicker.
