This jam incorporates so much that we've learned over the course of our previous jams as Vyfrost! 2D platforming from DO IT AGAIN, weather loops from In Season, the hammer's flight system inspired by the movement in Lil' Red Witch, and the caves and lighting such as those from Spitfire!

A fun little game! Would've loved to see more stages getting to use the hammer ability--it was fun to send the homing projectile out (and took me a bit to figure out I could even aim the thing). There just wasn't enough to hit with it!

The game has a great, polished look and feel--nicely done!

Nice looking game with interesting mechanics. The hammer throw could be even faster?

Impressive work on the visual front. I thought the concept was innovative, never seen anything quite like it. Good job!

The hammer animation is a little much to see everytime you use it. I did enjoy the nod to Baldur in there

Really cool camera transitions and animations and a great concept! I had some trouble controlling the hammer at first but then I got the hang of it. I managed to win against the purple lady but somehow died immidately after haha, but that is something that can easily be fixed :)

Overall I had a good time, well done!

Amazing graphics! As others have said, the hammer throwing animation is a bit annoying if it happens every time you throw it. Also, in the first level, I feel like Loki's projectiles come a bit too quickly. I think that could be fixed through a zoomed out camera but if you think that would get in the way of your art style then don't worry. I experienced a bug in the second level. When you defeat Hella, her attack can still happen, killing me in the final cutscene. Also, didn't Baldur say that Loki went to Hel? How come the final boss was Hella? Where did Loki go?

Cute! I definitely wish there was a bit more I could do with it.

I mean... The worst part is probably that its so short;) really nice cinematics.
As for the game itself... Well it plays nice, but you can just spam the hammer endlessly and with the game pausing its an easy win. I think it would be much better if you would need to grab the laying hammer again to use it immediately but it will get back to you after some cooldown of 5-10 seconds.

as a fan of all types of myths I have something to appreciate here. One thing is I was able to finish the Hel fight without her using a single attack. Then I replayed and I thought "Oh, wait! She attacks?"

Fun! The summoning of mjolnir is a bit jarring and confusing, but I get the idea, good work!

Using the up arrow/key to jump would have been helpful, making the game easier to play. Having space means that the screen sometimes jumps down if you don't full screen the game. As some other people have said, definitely need a cooldown for the hammer else the boss fight is over by just spamming the attack. Overall an interesting idea though.

For being so short, there's a lot of craft here. Clean visuals, good audio, and *polished* controls. This would be fun to see expanded; the hammertime ability was well-done.

Too short! I was really enjoying myself, but then I beat it, alas. It feels really polished, and I love the visuals. It's a really creative take on the theme. I'd love more!
