RunEnder by LibrettoDev
EDIT:
Quick change to the download link as a result of a pretty crippling bug regarding frame dropping.
RunEnder was to be a flip on conventional bossfights.
The original plan was to have a Hero that used items and abilities as he moved from place to place, and adapted its strategy (simple stuff like healing when below a certain amount).
In contrast, the player was to be the Boss. Big, slow, with glaring weaknesses, and limited abilities.
In reality, I only got about halfway through that chores list, but I'm still satisfied with what was learned as I hurriedly tried to make things work.
Music pulled from Incompetech.com; I do not own the music.

Fits the theme. Pretty simple game, it took like 10 tries to kill that hero for me.

No mac port. No joy. I really like the lighting in the pics, though!

This was kinda fun but I would aprreciate to have some restart button to not need to relaunch the game everytime I die....
