It's A Bees World by Trusty

It's a Bee's World
Gather pollen. Protect the Queen. Expand your hive. It's a Bee's World in this game.
In this RTS/resource management game you'll take control of a small hive of bees, managing their internal structure of honey and wax production and training bees, and also explore the world outside finding new sources of pollen to bring back. Watch out for birds and wasps that want to eat your bees and build up an army to defend them. When you grow too big for your hive you'll have to seek out a larger dwelling.
This game has UI tools on screen for the actions you can take. WASD or arrows to move your camera, and click to interact. When you encounter an enemy all nearby bees will be dragged into the fight so keep your soldiers close by. Exploring the map with your bees will remove the fog that covers the land.
How to play:
WASD or arrows to move camera To place structures in the hive click the cell and then click the structure or press the corresponding number key Outside the hive, click or press the corresponding number to place a bee. Bees created in the hive will remain in the hive until summoned outside, you can see how many bees are available at the top of the screen. Left click to select a bee, and right to click to move them to a location. If you right click on flowers the bees will automatically start gathering pollen. Shift click to select multiple bees.
Tips:
Pollen is collected flowers and can then be turned into honey or wax inside the hive using the honey and wax production cells Honey is the lifeblood of your hive. This will be expended when losing battles, and hitting 0 will kill the hive. Wax is used to create all of the structures in the hive. When upgrading to a bigger hive, you can't go back to the old one, but it continues to operate providing you with workers, honey and wax.
NOTE: the upgrade condition to unlock the next hive is to have 100 wax saved up, 300 for the hive after that
This game features a brief in game tutorial to get you started, and it's recommended that you quickly create wax and honey production so you can build and not die to wasps and birds. Only workers can gather pollen, but soldiers have a stronger battle score so balance how many of each you have. Scouts can be trained into workers or soldiers.

I enjoyed this a lot! With a bit of polish on controls like drag selection, a way to manage idle workers (they kinda disappear into empty trees), and a bit more complexity to the "hive production factory building" part I would get super hooked on this!
I got to hive 2 but was put off by having to "start over" with buildings. I think the old hive was still producing things but I could not get into it anymore which made me feel like I had lost my progress. Would have liked an option to expand the starter hive and instead of getting the popup to move to the next hive, and alos having to invade and take it over new hives with soldiers. I'm guessing that was the plan but cut due to time constraints :)
A bug I encounter a lot is that the selection marker is not always shown, otherwise runs smooth for me in Safari on an intel mac mini.
Oh tip for new players: you need to start with a wax factory, a nursery and a worker bee training facility to get anywhere at all. Should probably have been the starting condition in the beginner hive :)
I also could never get soldier production to work. Not sure why that was the case, but even with every building type created, I never got a single soldier bee.
@gametrodon there is an in game tutorial to teach you how to play and guides you to creating the first three buildings and first two bees. We could have just started you with those buildings, but then we'd lose the chance to teach the players in game how to play. It was the best idea we had for the beginning. I'm not sure why you had issues with the soldiers, perhaps you never created a second nursery? Could be that the worker production was taking up all the eggs and none left over for soldiers if you didn't.
At a certain point my whole screen went brown and I couldn't play anymore but I am sure scaling up would be great!
All that aside, a fun concept that was executed fairly well!
If I have to give critique on anything, I think it was a bit confusing at times how to do stuff and also why and what the goal was.
But, overall very impressive. Good job! :)
As its current form its little annoying to play with bunch of clicking and no way to delete buildings? The combat mechanic is little vague could i even try to kill the bird or is it just there to be tried to be avoided?
You have alot of nice things that make the game more clear but as its so complex there is always something missing but as i played more I kinda started to understand it more and hows it should be working. Missing the drag select kinda bumbed me out at start but then realizing that optimal start is to spread out the workers and not spam them into single flower helped a lot :D.
Too bad i didnt get to see the large hive since my camera bugged or something at middle hive phase and i could only see brown when outside :(
The grahpics are nice and expecially the buildigns really have style!
