The sounds and graphics are adorable!

It's very cute and the music is great. A bit slow to start though. My first game the guy drank from the ocean a couple times and died. I love the art.

This is such a cute entry lol. Kevin is my favorite. Graphics and audio steal the show, the gameplay i feel could have something else, it gets a bit overdone, but the charm kept me going!

These little alien guys are cute! I like the sounds that they make when I pick them up with my cursor. The music fits the theme of the game as a chill alien beach game, as well.

I like that the sound where an alien is drinking seawater can be heard from offscreen, because seawater is bad for them. It's a cue for me to go check the beach and drag anyone drinking seawater away... You know that meme where a mom is holding her two kids back with leashes? That's what I feel like when I see Xindle grab a straw. Wasn't fast enough to save them though, RIP.

This is an amazing game and I like it. More ways to interact with the aliens (like giving them headpats) would be nice, but doing this much for a compo is already a lot. Well played!

I got pokemon mystery dungeon friend zones vibes from this and I love it. The yelling when you pick up the aliens is a really funny touch.

As a big fan of asexual reproduction in games, this was right up my alley. The first time an alien died and another alien ate the corpse, I knew I was hooked. I only had to babysit the population until the rate of reproduction outpaced the rate of death by saline inhalation. From that point on, the waterfront provided an endless supply of corpses for the newborns to feed on. Cute!


Day 357: The beach is more dead alien flesh than sand at this point. The constant slurping drone has become a sort of melody, it has penetrated my consciousness and has become part of what defines me.

Oh damn this one was fun! I played much too long haha, thats a great indicator to know I had a good time. These creatures remind me of my cat. Struggling and complaining when picked up, and when you put it down its like "guess we are sleeping here then" :laughing:

This game had vibes like nothing else! Had one of them "achieve" death, and I didn't know what to do with the dead body until I saw the cannibalism upgrade, and knew what had to be done.

Ran into a (possible) bug where one of the treasure spots showed up at the shoreline (half under the waves), and I couldn't get the aliens to dig there.

Thank you @sudocoffee! There's actually a similar issue with buying the sandcastle while there's treasure underneath it, haha. Sorry you ran into that.

Was amusing when the reproduction rate kinda skyrocketed... guys, can you stop getting pregnant for a bit, please?

I loved this. Music and their voices while being dragged were fantastic. Was a lot of fun to take care of them. Once I bought the last upgrade, I wished I'd had more to do / some reason to stick around for a bit more.

So . . . and please don't get mad at me . . . it seems you can just leave things alone and your alien friends will figure it out. Well . . . on my very first game my only alien died before reproducing. I feel like I've failed worse than anything else. Please forgive me.

absolutely love this game from the amazing little screaming aliens to the awesome gameplay! it took me sadly too long to realize what the salt water was doing to one of my aliens the first time one started drinking... welp, cannibalism made sure that he went to good use anyway!

Awesome game! The graphics are really nice and I love the cute little alien design. The audio was also very nice to listen to the whole time. Overall, great experience.

Excellent game, how did you manage to make such polished animations and audio in a compo entry ? Nice take on the theme too, and it was really entertaining to just look as these aliens living their best life and reproducing when they feel like it.

stop drinking the saltwater!!! These little guys were such a pain to babysit lmao, never doing what I want, but endlessly entertaining watching them run around, playing in the sand, and eating one another. Put in my ratings 1 minute before the deadline, hope it went through!
