About the game
I worked on this game with my 2 kids (8 and 11). When I said the theme was "tiny creatures" my daughter instantly said "Leprechauns!". And of course my first thought after that was Lucky Charms. Yeah, well, there ya go.
I went all in on AI generation for this game. Most of the art was drawn by ChatGPT. The music was composed by Suno. Copilot wrote a surprising amount of code. I tried to get ChatGPT to design some of the game, but it's got nothing compared to the creativity of young children.
I used a custom game engine I’ve been tinkering with for the last few years. It’s C++ with emscripten for the web build.
I love the Extra format! It’s the only way I can make a game with everything in my life. I put in about the same amount of effort as a Jam game but spread over 2 weeks. For this LD, I put in about 20 hours.
Thanks for playing!

With the use of AI I'm not sure how generally frowned-upon participating in the graphics and sound categories is. I don´t know what the rules say about this, but then again in the Compo and Extra categories you're not expected to make everything yourself anyway.
Nice job!
