A very fun game! I love RTSes, and this was a really good one for being made in just a couple of days! My performance started to tank after spawning too many mice though x) The web was not made for 200+ units!

Very good emotions from the game, reminded me of the times of Warcraft III and similar strategies.

I really like the concept and the art, I only wish the final boss had fewer HP and the controls would allow me to dodge his attacks more easily :D Good job!

This was a fun game, SFX and music would definitely help you out, but overall I enjoyed it

For those who wonder how to spawn new mice, the buildings show faintly the buttons Q or E to build units, but it is no where else explained.

I like the art. looks way better than my MSpaint mouse :D

I couldn't defeat the cat. I made the mistake of underestimating him, and he destroyed my entire army, which I spent all the crystals mined in three camps to create. After that, my brave commander may have drunk somewhere in a bar, because many mice died under his command, and the cat only had half of the hp left. (bad end).

I was playing the web version of the game and noticed that archers and spearmen were mixed up in the barracks.
And yes, at first I didn't understand how to create them either, but then I figured it out.

Overall, I really liked the game, especially these cute mice. I got so into them that I named my first archer, who was standing at the base with a minimum health reserve, "Mouse 1".

However, there are some points that I don't understand. either the cat has a lot of health, or I didn't understand what, I was able to take off only half.

Huge props for going for a RTS in a game jam! :grin: It's simple but very cute. Controlling your troops with a central hero character is kinda innovative. I liked it. Makes you feel like a commander rallying your troops in the thick of it.

I noticed that the build buttons for spearmice and archers are inverted. I was confused when I thought I queued 9 archers and then got a full pack of spearmice.

Also, the archers don't seem to be dealing any damage to the cat. I managed to barely beat it when I trained only spearmice.

This game is so cool! I loved it!

Very fun game! Like others pointed out, the build buttons were swapped for a couple of the barracks and I think the archer's arrows were blocking each other when fighting the cat? Adding more functionality to the commander would have been nice. Loved the art and mechanics and had a good time overall.

Neat RTS! I like having a commander to run around as and give orders. As others have pointed out, it was difficult to tell how to create units, I went to the comments to see and thankfully found an answer, and then Q+E were swapped for the buildings as well. I couldn't defeat the cat, it seems like the archers do no damage to it, but overall a good entry, props to building this with just two people!
