Turdvivor by Fork on the Table Studios

Once upon a time, in the dark depths of the bowels, there emerged a lone, fiber-rich poop. But this wasn’t just any poop—he was the Chosen One, destined for greatness. His dreams were filled with visions of hope, of a lush, green paradise where life flourished under the warm embrace of the sun from his remains.

A prophecy echoed in his mind: he was the Bringer of Life.

Awakening with purpose, he knew his mission had begun. He had to journey through the perilous sewers of the Big City, where danger lurked at every corner. The path was treacherous, littered with trash, toxic gasses and swarming with tiny creatures desperate for a bite of his nutrient-rich body. But he pressed on, unstoppable, knowing that at the end of his journey lay destiny. His fate? To bring forth new life from the soil, fulfilling the ancient prophecy that whispered his name: The Messiah of Growth.

holy shit! this is the game we envisioned when we made our game for ldjam45 5 years ago! we ended up making something much-much simpler with 8bit graphics but its crazy to see our original vision recreated almost perfectly!
this takes me back. I can imagine the fun you guys must have had making this game. 10/10

Holy "crap" this is great haha. I love the humor. The butt cheeks on the big poop cracked me up. Just when I thought we might have had the grossest game you beat us with this haha great work! Love the narration.

I like the mechanic with size and while not needed to beat the game, ensures that players can still maneuver the level safely giving them a chance.

Ewww.... ahem, nice idea of using size for movement but the main issue is exit is hard to find. Having slim body doesn't help sneaking around since you don't know where to go to.
Speaking of body size, having large body size seem useful to push enemies or at least not be harmed by them.

Ah, some classic toilet humour! I'd agree with previous commenters that it would be helpful to know your destination if you want to sneak by all the enemies. I really did enjoy the distraction elements, though, didn't expect that to be a part of the gameplay. Pretty cool soundtrack, too! ;)
