This is the best message I've ever seen in a LD game lol

Cute idea! Its rough around the edges but theres a lot of charm in here. :)

Cute game! Reminds of me of slime rancher. Started getting kinda demented once I started launching them off the cliff though. But that might just be a me problem. Anyways love the cute little dudes! Nice entry! :)

This really reminds me of what it was like to teach kids ages 5-10 a few years ago

I love the lil face they have. They are just little guys. It reminded me of the card matching games, but with some lil guys throwing them into what I can only assume is a better place

Cool concept, though pretty difficult to herd the creatures around. Seems like the food would disappear if I spawned a bunch of it at the same spot which was a little bit weird. Managed to get a trio match but got stuck after that, feels like a yellow/green and a green/yellow right next to each other is an impossible situation to deal with. Still a cute game, nice work!

Sorry, I can't play this. Got some really bad graphical corruption. Also if I didn't go fullscreen, I'd get stuck looking at the ceiling.![Screencast from 2024-10-24 21-17-12.gif](///raw/f7/z/6916d.gif)

Oh, sorry to see that! What browser are you using? I don't think I did anything out of the ordinary, are you able to play other Godot games in browser?

I really like the concept! Feels a little odd to bait them, with some seemingly ignoring your food in favor of another randomly, and I'm not fully sure what the matching criteria are, but still a great idea and a cool take of the theme, well done!!

Throwing the creatures was fun! I don’t know why, but it was the highlight of the game for me😁 Nice animation on the creatures, that walk looks surprisingly good! Some shadows would be nice as I didn’t even realize that there were no walls and walked off the platform😂 Got to give props for the unique idea too, nice job!

I would have preferred to have more variety visually between creatures over the colors as I found they tend to overlap causing difficulty in finding and matching sets of critters. Love seeing the IK leg system on them as I know the pain of setting that up.

Sensitivity is maybe 3x too high for my taste (Probably needs a slider, or make sure it's not tied to FPS/delta time), but I managed to get used to it after a while.

It would be nice to be able to open/close/dispose via a remote, so I don't have to be next to the machine to throw creatures into it. The fact I didn't have to press a specific button on the machine is maybe what caused me to try/want to do that.

It also doesn't seem like the matching system works, since it seems to be counting creatures even if they don't match, unless I'm supposed to ignore the hat colors?

Pro strat I found: Press E, throw creature at the top of the machine entrance, press E again; It will open a little gap at the top of the machine for the creature to get thrown through, without letting the other creatures inside out. I won the game by just throwing all the creatures in and disposing :P

This has the start of a fun gameplay loop, I've never played Slime Rancher but I wonder if this is similar to it at all. Nice work!

cool idea, would probably played a litte longer if there were some sounds or music.
i like the elevator/door and switches, and that if you don`t shut the door the creatures escape ;)
for me the mouse sensitivity was very high.

Really neat game! I love how cute the creatures are, their expression when you're holding them is funny. The creatures going all over the place and escaping as soon as you open the dispenser does a good job of feeling like you're frantically having to take care of them all.
