Ghostie Hunt by emozdemir

Ghostie Hunt
You are a ghost hunter on a mission. But those ghosts are little friendly and cute. You have to get them before the time runs out! :timer: :ghost:
WASD - Move
LCTRL - Crouch
LSHIFT - RUN
Space -Jump
Left Mouse Button - Collect ghosties and open drawers
Right Mouse Button - Zoom
E - Grab pickable items
G - Drop items
ESC - Pause
Emre Mert Ozdemir - Programming & Level Design
Begum Mutluer - 3D & Game Art
Made with Unreal Engine. :tada:
Unfortunately Windows build has an issue with drawers. They only go one way. Linux build works just as expected.
UPDATE: Drawers are fixed beside additional fixes. Also difficulty a little bit lowered due to how hard it was before. Vram usage is lowered too.
You can get the latest build from itch.io. HAVE FUN!

I have a quad core Intel Core i7-7700HQ and GeForce GTX 1050 Mobile, running Manjaro Linux. Just what kind of specs do you require for your jam game?
I didn't quite figure out the controls and got stuck, but I liked replaying and realizing that you can fit all 10 ghosts into one room
the atmosphere is both cozy and spooky, ane these little cookies are just adorable. i only wish maybe to have a mode with no timer, as i want to find all the little guys but miss one and then have to start all over again :) it would also be cool imo if the button for taking and dropping object was the same. had fun, thank you!
Also, unsure if you all used unreal 4 or 5 for this, but the performance on my end was pretty solid aside from a screen tearing issue that was present the whole time. I have a 144ghz screen on my laptop which could have been causing issues displaying the frames evenly. If you two continue to work on this, it might be worthwhile to add a settings window where the player can customize some things like a v-sync toggle.
(and I don't really understand why "drop" is the G key, and not Q or E for example, I forgot what was written in the description and it took me a while to find it...)
