A very nice game! I love the sprites. The cat and dog look great, and the humans are very tiny and cute. One bug I found was it seems like full screen cuts off some of the level. I got stuck here for a bit because in full screen mode I couldn't see that there was a person in the hole. Eventually I exited full screen mode and then I could see it.![unnamed.png](///raw/800/b3/z/672e1.png)

This is nice! Puzzles, sound, art fit very well! I also love the team play that's.. at play : ))

Same thing as @turquoise-moon mentioned / I was all fullscreen when I thought you did sth funny there - hiding the person in the hole xD

Apart from that, that's a pretty solid entry, which I will play more. Especially like how the dog is stronger but cannot jump so much and the cat is lighter but jumps higher. Getting `Head over Heels` vibes :P GJ

One recommendation: doesn't seem the embedded version of the game works, I almost missed the Itch link, so.. : ) maybe remove the embedded

Amazing game, probably one of the best entries I've played so far. It's got cute pixel art graphics and gameplay is great. I love the asymmetric gameplay between the cat and the dog, giving them each a unique role in the puzzle solving. This is complemented by how well thought out and built these levels were.

Really nice game concept with lighthearted cute characters. I love the level designs! Very well thought out and interesting use of the switching mechanic! I like the details like how the cat will sleep when you're switched to the dog. Gameplay was responsive and felt good, although the gravity felt a little bit odd but I still felt really in control with the platforming. I love the 8bit sound effects, but maybe just a tad bit loud / too crunchy at times. Overall, really solid platformer game that had me engaged the whole way through. The well-crafted levels really stood out to me as the star of the show! Great work!

Great level design! The details in the cat and dog mechanics are really well done. For example, the cat has better jumping ability, while the dog can’t jump as high but is strong enough to push big boxes. The cat can sprint and knock small boxes a short distance. I love these little details—you can really tell that you put a lot of care into making this game! Cats and dogs saving the world!

This was an awesome lil game. I really enjoyed the art and the switching mechanic, they really helped add to the fun atmosphere. Like one of the other comments said there was a human that appeared offscreen if you played in fullscreen, I would suggest testing fullscreen stuff out in the future, but other than that great job :))

I liked the switching mechanic as it meant I had to think ahead a lot more than in the other jam games.

I didn't expected you to be alone for this project! From the asset, to the gameplay with the level design, that a nice job !

This is really well put together! I love these kinds of puzzle games. Haven't finished it yet though, I'll come back later :) The graphics, sounds and music really fits together nicely. Also, the laser 'death' animation made me jump at first haha. I like how you won't 'die' from the laser, but rather get reset. Also, good job putting the reset button at the other side of the keyboard! Only complaint: the "go to next level" button has to be pressed with the mode, so I had to move my hand constantly from keyboard to the mouse

Awww, what an adorable game. I liked the animals working together, the visuals, and the audio - everything worked well together in a really good way! The responsiveness of the controls as well as all of the elements telling the players what to do was really clear, although sometimes the screen being cut off meant that I wasn't sure if it was a death volume or if there's anything beyond, and I didn't feel like hurting the animals to find out >.<;

Great little puzzle platformer. Well made levels, cute character designs, and some fun mechanics of switching between the cat and the dog to get past obstacles. Nice jam game!

Absolutely a great take on the theme! The levels nicely introduce the different mechanics, the controls feel good, the sprites and animations are amazing and the puzzles are easy enough for a beginner like me. It is a very polished package, which I always appreciate most , as it is so hard to make in a short period of time. Very well done!
